Spent two seasons at Missouri, where he hit .296 with nine homers, 50 RBIs, 14 doubles and had 102 hits in 345 at-bats across 93 games... announced his intent to enter the transfer portal and leave Missouri in June 2022 before he was drafted by Arizona... hit .340 in his senior season at Missouri and ranked 15th in the SEC with a .435 on-base percentage... named second-team All-SEC in 2022, the only MU player to receive all-conference honors... missed part of the 2021 season with a broken hand... majored in business at Missouri... had been recruited by Louisiana Tech and Liberty before choosing Mizzou... prior to Missouri, he played two seasons at Copiah Lincoln Community College in Mississippi, where he hit .267 with three homers and 11 RBIs in 15 games from 2019-2020 before the '20 season was suspended by Covid-19... attended Adams County Christian Academy in his hometown of Natchez, Miss... son of David and Nia.
