While supplies last. Giveaways are for the first 3,000 valid tickets, unless otherwise noted. Only one giveaway item per valid ticket will be given to the bearer of the ticket upon entering the stadium. Guest must be in attendance and produce a valid game ticket upon entry to receive an item. Tickets are deemed invalid if ticket stub has been detached or a re-entry gate usher has invalidated the ticket with a stamp or mark.

The Isotopes reserve the right to limit the number of items per person per valid entry.

All guests must meet the age qualifications for the age-sensitive items to be eligible to receive an item (e.g. kids 15 & under giveaways, child must have a valid ticket to be eligible to receive an item). The sponsor of the giveaway item determines the age for each giveaway and conducts the distribution of the giveaway item on game day. All non-paying guests younger than 2 years will not be eligible to receive an item. To ensure child guests receive an item, we advise that guest secure a valid ticket for each child in attendance. All guests must meet the age qualifications for age-sensitive items to be eligible for the giveaway (e.g. kid 15 & under, male/female 16 & older will be considered as an adult).

Please be sure to receive your item upon entry into the ballpark prior to clearing the distribution area. The Albuquerque Isotopes are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Lost or stolen items will not be replaced.

Some items may have been damaged during shipping and handling. Please inspect your item upon receipt. If your item is damaged and/or broken, please see an Isotopes representative at Guest Services on the concourse immediately to exchange it for another item. Making a damage claim after you have cleared the distribution area or time has lapsed may result in denial of a replacement item.

All publicized quantities of items will be distributed at entry gates from the announced time the gates open until all items are gone (with exception of post-game distribution events). If post-game distribution, items will be distributed beginning the middle of the 8th inning up to half an hour after the completion of the game. Redemption vouchers that are given away pre-game for items that are distributed post-game (e.g. bats) are only valid for redemption on the day of the giveaway.
