Ballpark Entry

The practices identified below represent best practices to proactively invest and keep our community safe when attending events at Dickey-Stephens Park. The outlined steps and initiatives are intended to preserve the safety of staff, players and guests. Dickey-Stephens Park staff will continue to follow the guidance of Major League Baseball, national, state and local agencies to develop and implement these policies and will get any event held at the ballpark approved by the Arkansas Department of Health.

Blankets and chairs are okay to bring into the stadium.
All bags entering the stadium must comply with the Travs clear bag policy. This is necessary to reduce opportunities for fan-to-staff cross contamination and to abide by MLB’s recommended fan safety best practices.
Fans will be permitted to bring in one 32oz sealed, clear plastic water bottle per person.
Guests may not bring outside food or beverage into the ballpark other than the approved water bottle.

Gate Opening Times

For Travelers games, gates open to the general public one hour prior to first pitch
Season Ticket Holders may enter Dickey-Stephens Park 90 minutes prior to first pitch
Gate opening times for School Days, Summer Camp Days, Razorback games, and other special events are to be announced

Bag Restrictions
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, guest are required to follow the clear bag policy.

No Knives or Weapons
No knives or weapons, regardless of size or type, are allowed inside Dickey-Stephens Park.

Bottled Water
Guests can bring one clear, plastic water bottle into Dickey-Stephens Park. Bottles must be sealed and cannot be larger than 32 ounces. Oversized bottles or those with broken seals must be surrendered at the gate. All other beverage containers, including coffee cups, are still prohibited.

Outside Food
Guests are not permitted to bring outside food or beverage into the ballpark. Guests are welcome to buy food from concession stands inside Dickey-Stephens Park
