Are temperature checks or other health screening measures required before entering Dickey-Stephens Park?

Fans are not required to undergo temperature checks or other health screenings. Fans are expected to monitor their own health conditions and stay home if they are sick or believe they may have been exposed to COVID-19. All staff members at Dickey-Stephens Park are required to undergo health screenings and temperature checks before entering the ballpark.

Is hand sanitizer available?

There are over 100 hand sanitizer dispensers located throughout the ballpark.

How will tickets be sold?

All tickets will be sold, here, on Travs.com. Tickets will be made available first to Season Ticket Members and any remaining inventory will be offered to single-game buyers. To guarantee your spot and get season tickets call 501-664-1555.

Can I get printed tickets?

Tickets for Dickey-Stephens Park will only be available through TicketReturn.com for the 2021 season. Tickets will be available to be added to your phone or printed at home, click here for more information on how to do either. This process will reduce contact and opportunities for cross contamination between fans and staff.

Can I transfer my digital tickets?

Can I bring a bag to Dickey-Stephens Park?

Can I check my bag at the gate?

We are not able to accommodate checked bags at Dickey-Stephens Park.

Are cameras allowed in Dickey-Stephens Park?

Tripods, monopods and detachable lenses are not allowed in the park. Guests seen with these items will be asked to return them to their car before they enter the park. Taping of any game footage is strictly prohibited (please contact the Travelers to request a press pass). Guests are not permitted to stand in the aisles, walkways, or obstruct others from viewing the game while taking photographs.

Will there still be activities and areas for kids?

Yes, Otey’s Splash Pad and playground, as well as trackless train rides will be available for purchase. (weather permitting)

Can I still buy food at the ballpark?

You will still be able to purchase your favorite ballpark food and snacks.

Can I bring my own food and beverages into the ballpark?

As in seasons past we will not allow guests to bring outside food or beverages into the ballpark. The only exception is for sealed plastic bottles of water, 32 ounces or smaller.
