- If you previously accessed your MyTickets account, simply enter the email associated with your account and your password. If you previously accessed your account but forgot your password, simply hit “reset password”. A link will be sent to your email within a few minutes.
- If you have never accessed your account, click “Sign Up” and you will be taken to a separate screen to fill out your information.
Click "View Ticket's and select the tickets that you would like to recall.
- Select the event that you would like to recall.
- Once you've selected the tickets you'd like to recall, click the "Recall Tickets" button or select "Add More Tickets" to call multiple.
- Select the tickets you would like to have back and tap “continue” at the bottom of the screen.
- Confirm that this is the ticket you wish to recall and click "Recall Tickets".
- You will receive a confirmation message at the end of the transaction showing the tickets were recalled. Both you and the recipient will receive emails confirming the recalling of the tickets.
