By parking in Columbia Fireflies controlled parking areas, you acknowledge and accept the following:

All vehicles are parked at owner's own risk.

Make sure to park and lock your car before leaving the parking lot.

A Fireflies parking ticket licenses the holder to park one vehicle in the designated area. You must park as directed by a Fireflies parking attendant. The Columbia Fireflies and the City of Columbia assume no responsibility and hereby declare themselves not liable for fire, theft, damage or loss of any and all vehicles and any and all articles left in vehicles. All such risk is expressly assumed by licensee. Only a rental space license is granted hereby and no bailment is intended or granted. Acceptance of a Fireflies parking permit constitutes acknowledgement by the holder that the holder has read and agrees to the provisions listed above. All licenses end 60 minutes after the conclusion of the game or event for which the license is issued.

Improperly parked vehicles will be towed at owner's expense.
