Luxury Suite Rain Policy
1. Can I cancel my Luxury Suite Reservation?
All Luxury Suite Sales are final. If you have any questions or concerns with your purchased game date please contact your Columbia Fireflies Ticket Sales Account Manager.
2. What if the game is delayed?
Luxury Suites are accessible when the gates open. In the event of a game delay and the gates open, your event will be catered and charged as scheduled and your tickets will be valid for only that game date, no refunds or exchanges.
3. What if the game is cancelled?
Postponed and cancelled games due to inclement weather are an inevitable part of outdoor baseball. Valid Luxury Suite rain checks tickets may be exchanged for a ticket in our seating bowl to any regular season Fireflies home game within the same season as the game cancellation (subject to availability). Luxury Suite Food & Beverage packages will not be included for the rescheduled game date. Valid rain checks may only be exchanged in person or over the phone. Specific information regarding any canceled game is available by calling the Dukes Investigations Fireflies Ticket Office at (803) 726-4487 ext 1.
4. Can I exchange my Luxury Suite for a different game date?
If the game is postponed or cancelled and you would like to check to see if any Luxury Suites are available for a different game please contact your Columbia Fireflies Ticket Sales Account Manager. If a Luxury Suite is available for a different game date you are still responsible for paying for your Food & Beverages in your Luxury Suite for your new game date. All Luxury Suite Nights are based upon availability.
Columbia Fireflies Group Ticket Hospitality Rain Policy
Below you will find our group and hospitality area ticket policies, but if you have additional questions, please reach out to your Columbia Fireflies Ticket Sales Account Manager. These policies apply for our BMW of Columbia Balcony, Concourse Suites, and Lexington Medical Center Be Well Picnic Pavilion.
· There are no refunds.
· Concourse Suites and BMW of Columbia Balcony Food Service Time starts at Game Time and continues for 90 minutes.
· Lexington Medical Center Be Well Picnic Pavilion Food Service Time starts when Gates Open and continues for 90 minutes.
· If a game is postponed or cancelled due to weather your Columbia Fireflies Ticket Sales Account Manager will contact you directly with your ticket options.
· If you are looking to reschedule your Food & Beverage experience due to inclement weather, you are required to inform your Columbia Fireflies Ticket Sales Account Manager no later than 3 Hours prior to gates opening.
- Gates open at 6:00pm for 7:05pm Game Times
- Gates open at 5:00pm for 6:05pm Game Times
- Gates open at 4:00pm for 5:05pm Game Times
· Please be aware that Game times and Gates open times are also subject to change for future game dates due to inclement weather conditions or other contributing factors.
· Please visit ColumbiaFireflies.com or follow us on social media to stay up to date with the all the official updates we share throughout the day regarding inclement weather conditions.
· If there is a weather delay and a game reaches a full five innings, the game is considered official, and no weather policy will be implemented.
