Memphis Blues
The Memphis Blues played in the Texas League from 1968 to 1973 and the International League in 1974-75. The Blues were originally a New York Mets affiliate and won Texas League championships in both 1969 and 1973. The club was later a farm team for the Montreal Expos and the Houston Astros.
Future Hall of Famer Gary Carter slammed 23 home runs for the Blues in 1974.
