First Responder's Day

Sunday, July 9 is First Responders Day at Fluor Field! First pitch against the Rome Braves is at 3:05 PM, but the fun starts at 1:00PM out on District 356 with "Heroes Alley", an interactive touch-a-truck type event featuring hands-on exhibits, first responder vehicles and much more.

Make sure you’re in your seats for the First Responders’ Vehicle Parade around the warning track, led by our own Reedy Rip’It! Additional first responder fun, recognitions, and opportunities to thank these selfless heroes will take place all throughout the game.

Take one last lap around the bases after the game during Kids Run the Bases presented by Blue Cross Blue Shield of South Carolina!

All First Responders will receive up to 2 complimentary tickets to the game plus a $5 ballpark voucher with the opportunity to purchase more tickets at just $9 each. Below are more details about game timing and ticket information.

First Responders Day Details – District 356

• 1:00 PM - Heroes Alley opens to the public. Hands-on exhibits from local Fire, Police, Sherriff, EMS, plus face painters, balloon fun and more
• 2:00 PM - Gates Open
• 2:40 PM - First Responder Parade Including First Responder Vehicles and led by the Drive’s own Reedy Rip’It
• 3:05 PM - First Pitch
  • In-game recognitions of our first responders plus fun games and contests throughout
  • Post-Game - Kids Run the Bases, presented by BlueCross BlueShield of SC,

Ticket Information:

• All First Responders will receive up to 2 complimentary tickets to the game + a $5 ballpark voucher to use on concessions during the game
• Vouchers can be picked up at the Drive Information Center located on the concourse behind Section 107
• Each First Responders has the opportunity to purchase additional tickets for family for ONLY $9 each
