• $2,000 scholarship awarded to a high school senior currently living or going to school in Hartford.
• Holds a cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) of 2.5 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
• Applying to, accepted to and/or attending an accredited 4-year college.
• HYG Foundation Scholar Award is automatic admission into Hartford Yard Goats Foundation Scholars Programs.

• $2,000 scholarship awarded to a high school senior applying to, accepted to and/or attending an accredited 4-year historically black college or university.

• $2,000 scholarship awarded to a Bulkeley High School senior applying to and/or attending an accredited 4-year college.
• One (1) Letter of Recommendation required.
• Recommendation must identify the applicant's commitment to academics, sportsmanship, and community.

In honor of Johnny "School Boy" Taylor

• $2,000 educational assistance award is awarded to a high school senior committed to post-secondary education including but not limited to 2-year community college and trade school.

• In honor of Detective Robert "Bobby" Garten, a true hero who dedicated his life to serving and protecting others, The Detective Robert " Bobby" Garten Memorial Scholarship will be a $2000 award to a Greater Hartford Area student, pursuing to further their education in law enforcement. This award is funded by The Detective Robert "Bobby" Garten Memorial Fund.
