One of Victory Field’s best offseason traditions returns from 12-3 PM on Sunday, Oct. 23 thanks to the Indians' mischievous mascot, Rowdie! After another memorable summer of baseball, the fun-loving bear has been hard at work to deliver another treat to his fans and followers – Rowdie’s Pumpkin Patch at Victory Field. KHKC Members get free entry by showing membership card at gate. Adults are still required to purchase tickets.
Victory Field was built to create memories for all ages in the heart of downtown Indianapolis. In addition to Indianapolis Indians home games every year, Victory Field hosts numerous high school and college baseball games, along with public events throughout the year. Victory Field’s public events calendar is loaded with fun for the entire family.
College baseball is back at Victory Field. For the third time in eight years, Indiana University and Ball State University will face off April 23. Assigned tickets start at prices as low as $8, and premium tickets in the Landing and Elements Financial Club are also available. Doors open at 5 PM.
The Indianapolis Indians have announced that the City and County Championships scheduled for Tuesday, May 7 at Victory Field have been postponed due to inclement weather. Both games will be made up on Wednesday, May 8, with the City Championship between Bishop Chatard and Cathedral beginning at 4:30 PM. The County Championship between Decatur Central and Lawrence North will follow at approximately 7 PM.
Enjoy a high school doubleheader at Victory Field! The Victory Field Classic – an annual tradition featuring four Indiana high school baseball teams – is Friday, May 10. Game 1 between Mt. Vernon (Fortville) vs. Lawrence North (4A No. 21 by Prep Baseball Report) starts at 5 PM and will be followed by matchup between North Central and Mooresville (4A No. 5 by Prep Baseball Report) at approximately 7:30 PM. Only one ticket is needed to attend both games, and limited parking will be available at Victory Field for $10 per vehicle.
Enjoy a day away from work and participate in the annual Indianapolis Indians Charities Golf Outing. This year’s version will take place at Golf Club of Indiana, and all proceeds from the outing benefit Indianapolis Indians Charities. Foursomes for the 2024 golf outing are sold out, limited sponsorship opportunities remain.
The Quenton Nelson Blocking Cancer Celebrity Softball Game will be held at Victory Field on Saturday, July 22. Nelson, an All-Pro offensive lineman for the Indianapolis Colts, is partnering with the V Foundation for Cancer Research to host the third annual Quenton Nelson Blocking Cancer event presented by Gregor Private Wealth Group at Merrill Lynch. The drive to save lives and find cures for cancer is at the heart of the V Foundation’s mission. All funds raised will go toward game-changing cancer research dedicated to therapeutic resistance. With fans’ support, the Quenton Nelson Blocking Cancer event will help accelerate the pace of research today so more lives are saved tomorrow.

Indianapolis Indians Charities will host its second annual bowling event on Saturday, February 17 in memory of longtime front office employee Brad Morris, who died in April 2020. Brad was an avid bowler and owned six perfect 300 scores in his bowling career. The IIC Bowling Event features 70 available bowling lanes, numerous sponsorship opportunities, a raffle, food and more! The most wonderful event of the year is finally here – Rowdie’s Home Plate Holiday! This holiday gathering on Saturday, Dec. 2 is from 8-11 AM in the Elements Financial Club at Victory Field and includes a pancake breakfast, photo opportunity with Rowdie dressed as Santa Claus, face painting and crafts.
Victory Field is host to the 57th annual Indiana High School Baseball State Finals for a 26th time. On Friday, June 14 the Class 1A Championship between Barr-Reeve (Away) and Lafayette Central Catholic (Home) starts at 5:30 PM and will be followed by the Class 3A Championship between Brebeuf Jesuit (Away) and New Prairie (Home) at approximately 8 PM. On Saturday, June 15 the Class 2A Championship between Providence (Away) and Illiana Christian (Home) starts at 4:30 PM and will be followed by the Class 4A Championship between Mooresville and Lake Central at approximately 8 PM. Tickets are now on sale for Friday and Saturday.
Banana Ball is SOLD OUT at Victory Field for three nights, Thursday, June 27-Saturday, June 29, 2024! The Savannah Bananas’ mission is to make baseball fun. Their on-field hijinks and shenanigans has attracted thousands of fans, including nearly 30,000 fans to Victory Field on June 30 and July 1, 2023, for back-to-back days of Banana Ball. When baseball season ends, golf season begins at The Vic! The Links at Victory Field returns Thursday, Oct. 6 through Saturday, Oct. 8, with individual ($45), foursome ($160) and private group reservations (minimum 10 people) available for purchase.

Take the first step to saving lives by registering for the 2024 American Heart Association (AHA) Indianapolis Heart Walk at Victory Field on September 21. Join the AHA as it celebrates 100 years of funding heart disease and stroke research, lifesaving CPR training and medical breakthroughs. Gates will open at 8 AM, with the walk beginning at 10 AM. All experience levels welcome!
Find your groove at the plate during the second annual SWING presented by Krieg DeVault, a signature charity event benefiting Indianapolis Indians Charities and its 2025 grant recipients. The event will feature local restaurants and bars with entertainment all night long. Guests may walk the red carpet, snap photos at photo booths, enjoy numerous activations and dance on the field to live music under the lights. VIPs receive early access starting at 6 PM and access to exclusive spaces.
Sista Strut is a cause marketing campaign aimed at raising awareness about breast cancer, particularly among women of color. Each year, walks are held in select cities across the United States, benefiting local non-profit organizations. In Indianapolis, Sista Strut has been held at Victory Field for the past few years and will proudly host the 2024 event.

Join the American Dairy Association Indiana for the 32nd consecutive year at the Ice Cream Social held at Victory Field. This "Drive-thru" experience is one for the whole family with volunteers serving pre-packaged ice cream novelties, including pup cups. All donations will benefit YMCA of Greater Indianapolis.
