- Tickets for this event can be purchased in advance at IndyIndians.com or by calling the Victory Field Box Office at (317) 269-3545. The Victory Field Box Office will also be open the day of the event. Children age 2 and under are free.
- Tickets purchased in advance or bought at the Victory Field Box Office will be emailed to the buyer and scanned from attendees’ mobile phones at entry. Tickets printed from home will be scanned at entry, too.
- Limited tickets are available per time slot (12-1 PM; 1-2 PM; 2-3 PM; 3-4 PM) to assist in staggered entry among guests. Ex: If a guest purchases a 12-1 PM ticket, they must enter the ballpark within that time frame.
- Guests must read and acknowledge the health and wellness screening and the general waiver to buy tickets and attend the event.
- All ticket proceeds benefit Indianapolis Indians Charities.
Victory Field Event Safety
The safety and well-being of our community, guests, and staff is the main priority of the Indianapolis Indians and Victory Field. All guidelines and regulations set forth by the Marion County Public Health Department and City of Indianapolis will be strictly followed and enforced for all events at Victory Field.
The procedures identified below represent practical best efforts to keep our community safe. The public’s cooperation is requested in executing this plan. Please do not attend an event at Victory Field if you have been knowingly exposed to COVID-19 in the 14 days prior to an event.
Stadium & Event Regulations
- Per the Marion County public health order, face coverings are required for individuals in public areas. Guests must wear masks when moving around the ballpark and may only remove masks when eating, drinking or taking photos with Rowdie. Guests are strongly encouraged to social distance from other groups.
- Temperature checks will be conducted on all fans at the gate before entry. Anyone with a temperature of 100 or more is allowed up to two follow-up checks, with a 5-minute wait in between checks. Those with a temperature of 100 or more on all three attempts will not be allowed to enter.
- Guests must enter and exit Victory Field through the Third Base Gate only. Once guests exit the ballpark, they will not be allowed to re-enter.
- Victory Field has hand sanitizing stations located throughout the stadium, particularly in high-traffic areas and near the Trunk-or-Treat locations.
- Drinks and snacks will be available for purchase at the concession stand behind Section 111. Concession items available include soft pretzels with cheese, popcorn, water, soda and apple cider. Stands will be cashless – only debit and credit cards will be accepted forms of payment. When possible, food will be served in covered, individual containers. Condiments and similar items will be distributed in pre-packaged servings.
- No outside food or beverage is permitted to enter the stadium.
- Victory Field has increased the frequency and scope of cleaning and sanitizing between events as well as between guests at events. Hand sanitizing stations for public and staff use have been added to high-traffic areas and Trunk-or-Treat locations. Victory Field has implemented the use of industrial-grade, mobile sanitization units that will be used to disinfect surfaces throughout the stadium prior to, during and after events.
- Victory Field is a smoke-free facility.
Staff Policies
- All Victory Field staff, vendors on-site for events, registrants and guests will be required to have their temperature checked and submit to a health screening upon arrival. Staff who interacts with registrants and guests will wear personal protective equipment appropriate to their job duties and tasks.
- Staff will follow Public Health Order 33-2020.
Social Distancing
- Walkways and concourses will have signage to direct guests to ensure proper social distancing, including one-way pedestrian traffic. Stanchions and spacing markers will be used for guests queued in lines.
- Restrooms with multiple entrances will be assigned a one-way entrance and exit. Touchless faucets are available in all restrooms. Every other sink and urinal station will be covered to allow for proper social distancing.
- Guests going to the on-field pumpkin patch will enter the field via the Section 118/119 stairwell on the First Base Side and will exit going up the Section 119/120 stairwell. Victory Field staff will monitor the outfield area and ensure social distancing is taking place. Guests should only touch the pumpkin they will take home at the end of the event.
- Guests going to the on-field hayride will enter the field via the Section 107/108 stairwell on the Third Base Side and will exit going up the Section 105/106 stairwell. One group/family will be allowed to ride the hayride at a time. Victory Field staff will disinfect touch points and handles between rides, and hand sanitizers will be available to guests upon exiting the hayride.
- Children participating in the Toyota Trunk-or-Treat will receive pre-packaged candy from Victory Field staff, who will be wearing gloves. Staff will be distributing the candy from four (4) Toyota trucks. Staff will monitor all Trunk-or-Treat locations to ensure social distancing is taking place.
- The pumpkin coloring area located within the Corona Premier Patio will have staggered and marked tables for use to encourage social distancing. Tables will be covered in plastic and disinfected between use, with hand sanitizer available at each table. Markers will be distributed to each child participating and will be returned to staff to disinfect between use. Picnic barriers and/or stanchions will be used to create entry and exit points for the activity.
- Guests wanting to take a photo with Rowdie on the concourse behind home plate will form a line on the concourse following the seating bowl toward the Corona Premier Patio. Spacing markers will be used for both those queued in line and those taking photos with Rowdie to encourage social distancing. Masks must be worn by guests in line but may be pulled down prior to taking the photo. Guests will be asked to take their own photos to reduce the exchange of phones/camera between staff and guests. No autographs or contact with Rowdie (high fives, fist bumps or hugs) will be allowed. Hand sanitizers will be in the area for guests to use.
