Character & Player Appearances
Sunday Characters
- Characters will be available to meet on the game day specified in the Center Field Plaza when gates open on a first-come, first-served basis. Characters and meet-and-greet times are not guaranteed and are subject to change.
- Arrive early to avoid long wait times.
- The Indians recommend taking photos on a cell phone device. Be sure to have cameras ready as you get to the front of the line. One (1) photo per family will be permitted to ensure we accommodate all fans in line. Fans may get back in line to take additional photos.
- Please be respectful of characters that need breaks. These will typically last 15-30 minutes to allow our characters to step out of the heat.
- Characters will be available until the final out of the game unless otherwise noted.
Sports Team Mascots & MARVEL Super Heroes™
- Team Mascots will entertain fans during inning breaks throughout the game. Meet-and-greet sessions will be available at various times including pregame in the Center Field Plaza. Meet-and-greet times are not guaranteed and are subject to change.
- Three (3) MARVEL Super Hero™ characters are scheduled to appear each Marvel Super Hero™ Night and available for meet-and-greets in the Center Field Plaza pregame and the duration of the game.

- During Nickelodeon Weekend featuring Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, SpongeBob SquarePants and PAW Patrol, characters will be available for meet-and-greets in the Center Field Plaza pregame and through the duration of the game.
- Four (4) Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles characters are scheduled to appear on Friday, August 25.
- Four (4) SpongeBob SquarePants characters are scheduled to appear on Saturday, August 26.
- Four (4) PAW Patrol characters are scheduled to appear on Sunday, August 27.
- There is no guarantee that you will get a photo with one set of characters.
- The Indians recommend that all fans take their photos on a cellular device. Be sure to have cameras ready as you near the front of the line. One (1) photo per family will be permitted to ensure all fans in line are accommodated. Fans may return to the end of the line to take additional photos.
- Please be respectful of characters that need breaks. These will typically last 15-30 minutes to allow our characters to step out of the heat.
Players, Drivers and/or Celebrities
- Players will be available to meet on the game day specified in the Center Field Plaza when gates open on a first-come, first-served basis. Players are determined by the host organization and are subject to change. Meet-and-greet times are not guaranteed.
- Items permitted for signing will be announced once details have been finalized.
Giveaways
Various Weekend Giveaways
- All giveaways will be distributed on the game day specified when gates open on a first-come, first-served basis. Each ticketed guest must be physically present to receive one (1) giveaway item, while supplies last. Giveaway dates, items and quantities are subject to change. Rules and restrictions apply.
- What should I do if I receive a defective or damaged giveaway item?
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact the Victory Field Box Office at (317) 269-3545 within 30 days to coordinate a replacement, while supplies last.
Knot Hole Kids Club Monthly Items
- How does my child redeem their monthly item?
On Sunday home games, the first 250 Knot Hole members who present their membership card to the Knot Hole Kids Club table at the Standings & Lineup Board behind Section 108 will receive an exclusive giveaway. Giveaways must be picked up day of game. - What if my child lost their Knot Hole membership card?
Membership cards provide access to the postgame Knot Hole run and are used to redeem monthly prizes. Should you misplace your card, an Indians representative can look up and verify your account. Please contact the Victory Field Box Office at (317) 269-3545. - What ages are eligible to participate and receive the item?
All kids 14 and under are eligible to join the Knot Hole Kids Club. For more information and membership benefits, check out Knot Hole Kids Club. - What should I do if I receive a defective or damaged item?

Auctions
Specialty Jersey Auctions
- Specialty jerseys will be auctioned off on the game day specified and will end after the seventh inning. Auction dates, players and quantities are subject to change. Jerseys are game worn and signed by the respective player listed on the auction website and/or roster. MARVEL Super Hero™ Night auctions are in-park only.
- How do I start bidding?
Bidding takes place online by texting VICTORY to 79230. Auction participants do not need to be present in order to win. - How do I know what size the jerseys are?
Jersey sizes will be included in the description of the item. - When can I pick up my jersey?
Jerseys won in an auction are typically available two (2) business days following the game. They can be picked up at the stadium or mailed. All jerseys must be redeemed by the end of the season. All sales are final when the jersey auction concludes.
Ticket Packages
General Information
- If I buy a regular game ticket to the same game as a ticket package offer, will I receive that ticket package item?
No, the only way to receive the ticket package item is to purchase the specific ticket package. For certain ticket packages, there may be opportunities to upgrade in-park while supplies and sizes last. - I’m a season ticket holder. Do my tickets include the ticket package item?
Season tickets are not a part of any ticket package offer. However, season ticket holders are welcome to purchase the ticket package by contacting their Indians sales representative. - I was unable to pick up my ticket package item. Is there still a chance to do so?
Ticket package items are not guaranteed if not picked up day of game. If you are unable to pick up the item, please call the Victory Field Box Office at (317) 269-3545 and if supply allows, the Indians will honor your game ticket after the event date. - How do I know if I correctly purchased a ticket package and will receive the item?
If you have successfully purchased a ticket package, you will see a bar code word listed on your ticket. - What should I do if I receive a defective or damaged item?

Bark in the Park
- What is included in the Bark in the Park package?
A package includes one human ticket and one dog ticket. Each dog will also receive a special Indians-themed giveaway item. - Is there a waiver or dog restrictions?
Yes, you are required to sign a waiver stating your dog’s vaccinations are current from a licensed veterinarian during the buying process. There are no breed or weight restrictions. Participants are expected to practice responsible pet ownership. Please only bring your dog(s) if they are in good health and are friendly to other dogs and humans. The Indians reserve the right to deny any dog or human entrance to Victory Field. Click here to review the waiver. - Where do I check in with my dog?
Dogs may enter through the Center Field Gate or the Cooler Gate which is located off West and Maryland Streets. The Center Field Plaza, right field and center field lawn will be available to dogs and their owners. All dogs must be leashed (no retractable leashes). - How will I receive my ticket package item?
To obtain the ticket package item, fans must present a valid Bark in the Park ticket to be scanned at the item redemption location. This will be located at the Indians Tent located in Center Field Plaza on the day of the game. One (1) item may be redeemed per valid Bark in the Park ticket.
Circle City T-Shirt Package
- What is included in the Circle City T-Shirt package?
A package includes one ticket for a Reserved seat plus a t-shirt. - How will I receive my ticket package item?
To obtain the ticket package item, fans must present a valid Circle City Night ticket to be scanned at the item redemption location. Once inside the ballpark, the Circle City item may be picked up on the day of the game at the redemption table located at the Standings & Lineup Board behind section 108. One (1) item may be redeemed per valid Circle City ticket. - How do I select my shirt size?
You can select your desired shirt size at the time of purchase. Sizes available include Men’s XS-3XL. You can change sizes after your purchase if inventory for the size desired remains unavailable. Once you pick up your sized item at redemption, exchanges will not be offered.
Mother's Day Catch on the Field
- What is included in the Mother’s Day package?
A package includes two (2) Reserved seats, four (4) Penn & Beech candles with baseball-inspired fragrances and a postgame catch with mom on the field. - How will I receive my ticket package item?
To obtain the ticket package item, fans must present a valid Mother’s Day ticket to be scanned at the item redemption location. Once inside the ballpark, the Mother’s Day item may be picked up on the day of the game at the redemption table located at the Standings & Lineup Board.
