For nearly four decades, Las Vegas’ Triple-A baseball franchise has been committed to ensuring the health, safety and comfort of every fan who passes through the turnstiles. As we emerge from the COVID-19 pandemic and the health and safety protocols that resulted. The Aviators will continue to ask for our fans support in the safety initiatives that will remain.

Las Vegas Aviators welcome the return of fans and its guests to Las Vegas Ballpark for all events, it’s important to remind everyone of the health and safety protocols that now exist.

Las Vegas Ballpark Health and Safety Guidelines

BAG POLICY

Bag Policy

Bags meeting the following requirements are allowed:

Soft-sided
No larger than 16″ x 16″x 8″
Please, no backpacks, duffle bags, picnic bags, large shoulder bags or any type of bag larger than previously mentioned dimensions
In the event a bag must be searched, personnel will ask the fan/attendee to remove items so the inside of the bag can be inspected
Any personnel that must search a bag will use proper PPE such as gloves or paint sticks to avoid passing germs from bag to bag
Some games/events may enforce a modified or no bag policy

DIGITAL TICKETS ONLY

Digital Tickets Only

All guests will be required to utilize a digital ticket to access Las Vegas Ballpark.

CASHLESS TRANSACTIONS

Cashless Transactions

Las Vegas Aviators/Ballpark is a cashless venue and no cash will exchange from merchant to fan/attendee. All points of sale will be fully cashless and enabled for contactless payment options

(Chip, tap, Apple Pay, etc.). Card operating machines will be disinfected between fan/attendee usage.

Acces Via Digital Tickets

Las Vegas Aviators/Ballpark is implementing a digital only ticket for all games/events, which will encourage early registration. Las Vegas Aviators/Ballpark will have ticket operations staff present at all ingress areas to assist with troubleshooting any potential digital ticket and/or check-in matters to avoid congestion.

HAND WASHING

Hand Sanitizer Stations

Around Las Vegas Ballpark are located several bathrooms. An easy way to assist in maintaining a healthy environment is the thorough washing of hands. As we shake hands to great people, touch multiple surfaces, cover our mouths when coughing, your hands can become soiled. We encourage our fans and demand our staff wash hands frequently throughout the day or the game.

Feeling Sick?.....Stay Home For The Safety of Those Around You

We ask fans to continue with self health screenings prior to leaving for an Aviators game this season. If you don't feel well, have a fever, or are experiencing other symptoms that may lead you to believe that you might be sick. It is our hope that you will tend to your health and not attend the game until your symptoms have subsided and you are feeling better. Continuing to be polite and adhere to courtesies which include covering your mouth when coughing and sneezing along with the continued practice of washing hands are little things that we can continue to do when gathered for an Aviators game.

Concession Food and Beverage

Fans will be able to purchase food and beverages at concession stands throughout the ballpark without limitations on where and when they can consume their purchase.

Staff

All employees of the Las Vegas Ballpark / Las Vegas Aviators, along with its vendors, as a requirement to be on-site for games and interact with fans are 100% vaccintated.

Las Vegas Ballpark Health and Safety Signage

Signage will be placed throughout the venue to adequately message regular hygiene and the importance of self-protection while out in a public setting.

Las Vegas Ballpark will continue to have hand sanitizing stations located around the ballpark to encourage cleanliness among its fans.
