ADA FRIENDLY
Delta Dental Stadium was designed to be universally accessible and comfortable for fans with all abilities. There is designated seating for individuals in wheelchairs and their companions in row T of most sections on the concourse. To purchase accessible seating please contact our ticket office at 603-606-4141 for further details. If you need assistance in the parking lot, please contact a parking attendant.

ALCOHOL
The New Hampshire Fisher Cats work hard to promote responsible sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages. ALL guests purchasing alcohol must present a valid ID. No alcohol will be sold to intoxicated guests. Alcoholic beverages are available at concession stands throughout Delta Dental Stadium, as well as portable beverage stands and Brewhouse bar. Should you choose to drink, please do so responsibly and be considerate of other fans. Alcoholic beverages may not be brought in or taken outside of the ballpark.
ANIMALS
Dogs are welcome at Delta Dental Stadium ONLY on Waggin’ Wednesday games throughout the season. Please visit our ticket page to purchase tickets for you and your pup on select Wednesdays. Service dogs or service dogs in training for guests with disabilities are allowed. All other animals are prohibited.
ATMs
Delta Dental Stadium is a cashless venue. There is NO ATM onsite.
AUTOGRAPHS
Asking for autographs are permitted pre-game and post-game. However, autographs are left to the player's discretion. Autograph seekers must return to their seats when the starting lineup of the visiting team is being announced. Please do not disrupt others that are seated and enjoying the game.
BABY-CHANGING AREAS
Changing stations are located in every restroom at Delta Dental Stadium.
BAG SEARCH
All bags are subject to be searched for prohibited items upon entry to Delta Dental stadium. The Fisher Cats cats employ the use of magnetometers to help prevent restricted items from entering the facility.

CAMERA AND VIDEO EQUIPMENT
Cameras and video recorders are allowed inside Delta Dental Stadium as long as they do not obstruct the view of others, and flash should not be directed at the field of play. Camera stands/tripods and camera bags are not permitted.

CASHLESS POLICY
MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover are accepted at ticket windows, concessions, parking, and merchandise locations.
CELLULAR PHONES
The use of cell phones is permitted, provided they do not interfere with the play of game or another guest’s ability to enjoy the game. Public WiFi is available at all games and events at Delta Dental Stadium.
CHARITABLE DONATIONS

CHILDREN
Children ages three (3) and under may be admitted to Fisher Cats games without a ticket but need to sit in the lap of an accompanying adult. Children ages four and above require a ticket.
DIRECTIONS
To arrive at the ballpark, COMING SOUTH on South Commercial Street, turn right after passing the SNHU Millyard Parking Garage onto 1 Line Drive. Note, game day parking is located in the SNHU Millyard Parking Garage.
ELEVATOR
There are two elevators located onsite at Delta Dental Stadium. One elevator in the office lobby near the front gates that leads to the concourse behind the Samuel Adams Brewhouse.
Once inside Delta Dental Stadium, the second elevator is located on the concourse behind the Guest Service tent (behind section 109/110). This elevator provides access to the suite and media level.
EMERGENCY
In the event of a stadium wide emergency, protocols will be announced over the public address system and fans will be directed to the appropriate locations. In the event that you are witnessing or experiencing an emergency, please locate the nearest Fisher Cats staff member for help.
FAN MAIL
While we cannot guarantee that all fan mail will be answered, the team, coaches, players and staff like hearing from their fans. Letters to Fisher Cats players should be addressed to them individually and mailed to: Players Name, c/o New Hampshire Fisher Cats, 1 Line Drive, Manchester, NH 03101. If a response is desired, a self-addressed, stamped envelope is recommended. The Fisher Cats players, management, and staff are not responsible if an item or letter is not returned.
FIRST AID
First aid is available at Delta Dental Stadium, and we have Emergency Medical Services on location during all games. The First Aid room is on the concourse level behind section 105/106 or inquire with any staff member for assistance.
FIRST GAME BUTTONS
Buttons are available free of charge at Guest Services.
FIRST PITCHES
First pitch opportunities are extremely limited. For more information on how a member from your party could potentially throw out a first pitch, please call 603-641-2005. Opportunity is not guaranteed.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE
Delta Dental Stadium has three main concession stands on the concourse, and the Samuel Adams Brewhouse that feature food and beverage options. The concourse also features numerous specialty food and beverage carts.
FOUL BALLS
Foul balls can be very dangerous. For your safety, please keep your attention focused on the field while the game is in progress. Fans are welcome to keep balls hit or thrown into the stands as souvenirs. However, fans are not permitted to enter the playing field to retrieve a ball under any circumstances. Entering the playing field at any time for any reason will result in automatic ejection from the ballpark.
GATES OPEN
Brewhouse opens 2 hours before first pitch. Main gate opens 90-minutes prior to scheduled game time for Season Ticket Holders and Hospitality ticket holders, and open 1 hour prior for the general public.
GIFT CARDS
Available in any increments and can be purchased at The Team Store (located at Delta Dental Stadium) and at the concourse level Team Store.
GIVEAWAY POLICY
The Fisher Cats policy is to distribute one giveaway item per eligible fan entering Delta Dental Stadium. An eligible fan is a fan that meets advertised age limits or other requirements stated on giveaway. Giveaways are distributed one per person. Extra tickets for a game may not be redeemed for additional giveaway items.

GUEST SERVICES
Located on the main concourse behind Home Plate (section 109), Eastern Bank Guest Services features team and ballpark information, general assistance, on-field contest sign-ups, ticket information, Sensory Bags and more.
KID ZONE
The Hannaford To-Go Kids Zone is located at the end of the concourse, on the Right Field side. The Kids Zone passes are $5 and features an inflatable area and rubberized floor for extra care. Alcohol is not permitted inside the Kids Zone.
LOST AND FOUND
During games, fans can check Eastern Bank Guest Services for lost items. Outside of game days and hours, fans may come to the Fisher Cats Front Office or call (603)-641-2005 to locate missing items. You will have 30 days to claim your belongings if they are left here.
MASCOT
The Fisher Cats mascot is named Fungo! If you'd like to see him outside of Delta Dental Stadium at your event, you can book a Mascot Appearance here. Appearances not guaranteed.
MERCHANDISE
Official Fisher Cats merchandise is available in The Team Store located adjacent to the Front Office Lobby. The store is open year-round. During home games, souvenirs are also available at the concourse level store. Merchandise is always available online at fishercats.milbstore.com

PARKING
There are limited on-site parking spaces at Delta Dental Stadium. Additional parking is available in the SNHU Millyard Parking Garage located at 75 S Commercial St.
POST GAME PICK-UP PROCEDURE
Fans who need to be picked up after the game should use the baseball curb in the front parking lot to wait for their rides.
PROHIBITED ITEMS
Food, beverages, weapons of any kind, (even with a concealed weapons permit) containers such as coolers or thermoses, lawn chairs, helium balloons, banners or signs that are not in the spirit of the event or that obstruct the view of others, animals other than service animals, compressed air horns, hoverboards, laser pointers, coolers, and drones are all prohibited at Delta Dental Stadium.
RADIOs/TVs
Personal radios and handheld television sets are permitted inside Delta Dental Stadium. Fisher Cats baseball is available on MiLB.TV.
RAINOUT POLICY
If a Fisher Cats home game is called due to weather prior to the completion of 5 innings, valid tickets for the game may be exchanged for another 2024 regular season Fisher Cats home game of equal or lesser value, subject to availability. Cash refunds are not permitted. Exchanges must be made in person. Tickets or value cannot be rolled over to a new season.
RESTROOMS
There are 7 restrooms on the concourse level (4 women’s, 2 men’s, and 1 family). As well as 5 restrooms on suite level (3 women’s, 2 men’s).
SCALPED TICKETS
Tickets may not be resold on the property of Delta Dental Stadium or in the parking areas that surround it and tickets associated with such transactions are subject to confiscation. We highly recommend fans ONLY purchase tickets through newhampshirefishercats.com or the the Box Office.

The total capacity of Delta Dental Stadium is 6,000.
SECTIONS
Sections 115-112 are located on first base side. Sections 111-107 are located behind home plate. Sections 106-102 are located on third base side. Rows in sections are in alphabetical order from the bottom of the section to the top, and the seats are in numerical order from right to left while facing the field.
SMOKING
Smoking is prohibited inside Delta Dental Stadium. This includes e-cigarettes, vapors, cigarettes, and cigars. Guests wishing to smoke while at Delta Dental Stadium should be directed to the Smoking Area outside the main gate.

Window 5 at the Delta Dental Stadium Ticket Office is the designated Will Call window. Will Call tickets are available any time after single-game tickets have been purchased. Tickets are released only to the person whose name appears on the will call envelope. No one will be given tickets designated for another person.
