ASHEVILLE- The Malmo Oat Milkers took the field as the Asheville Tourists alter ego on Sunday afternoon and were defeated by the Greenville Drive 9-2. The Drive used a stretch in the middle of the game where they scored eight runs in a three-inning span.
Bloss and Mancini Quiet the Crawdads
HICKORY- The Asheville Tourists took care of business on Tuesday night with a 4-3 series opening victory against the Hickory Crawdads. Jake Bloss and Joey Mancini each pitched four strong innings and Jeremy Molero earned his first save of the season.
Price's Four Hits Pace Asheville in 7-3 Win
ASHEVILLE- The Asheville Tourists defeated the Brooklyn Cyclones 7-3 on Wednesday afternoon and evened up the series at one game apiece. Asheville pounded out a season-high 14 hits, including four from Collin Price, and moved their early season record back over .500 at 3-2.

ASHEVILLE- The Asheville Tourists dropped a tough one to the Winston-Salem Dash on Saturday night, 9-3. Asheville had a hard time making contact against Winston-Salem’s hard throwing lefties and struck out 19 times in the game.
