Crawdads Top Tourists 11-9 Despite Guillemette's Four Hits
ASHEVILLE- The Asheville Tourists celebrated Travel & Hospitality Night at McCormic Field in their Wednesday evening contest against the Hickory Crawdads. Asheville fell behind early but roared back late. The comeback attempt came up a couple runs short and Hickory prevailed with an 11-9 win.

GREENSBORO- The Asheville Tourists built a 4-1 lead on the Greensboro Grasshoppers across Thursday night’s first seven innings. However, in the bottom of the eighth inning Greensboro worked four walks and took advantage of a dropped a fly ball. The Grasshoppers tallied four runs in the frame and won 5-4.

ROME- The Asheville Tourists and the Rome Emperors battled throughout a close game Thursday night. With the score tied 4-4 in the top of the eighth, Garret Guillemette delivered an RBI single to put the Tourists in front 5-4. That lead held up over the final frames and Asheville claimed
Baez Hits 20th Home Run of the Season in 7-1 Loss
ASHEVILLE- The Asheville Tourists ran into a pair of Bowling Green Hot Rods pitchers Friday night that were nearly unhittable. The duo, both acquired at the trade deadline, held the Tourists to one run on two hits. Asheville ended up dropping the evening contest by a final score of 7-1.
Batista Tosses Five Scoreless but Tourists Come Up Short, 1-0
ASHEVILLE- Edinson Batista and Jackson Nezuh were on their game Saturday night. The Asheville Tourists duo combined for nine innings, one run, and 13 strikeouts. Asheville Deals Greensboro a Shutout to Win the Series
GREENSBORO- The Asheville Tourists shutout the Greensboro Grasshoppers 7-0 on Sunday afternoon for their third shutout victory of the season. Jackson Nezuh, Franny Cobos, and Edinson Batista combined to pitch the nine-inning shutout and give the Tourists a four-games-to-two series victory in the process.
