The Northwest Arkansas Naturals have teamed up with Casey’s to show our appreciation for the brave men and women who dedicate their lives to responding to emergencies in our community.

Five (5) local first responders will be chosen to be recognized throughout the season. In addition to the recognition, they will receive complimentary Naturals tickets to the game for friends & family, a special Naturals Prize Pack, and a gift from Casey’s.

To nominate your favorite first responder, please fill out the form below. First responders include paramedics, firefighters, police officers, emergency medical technicians, and equivalent.
