Welcome Back To The Wahoos Life!

Blue Wahoos Stadium has received approval from Major League Baseball to welcome fans back to the ballpark in 2021! To ensure the safety of our guests, players, and staff, updated policies and procedures are in place to create a healthy, safe, and fun environment for our fans. All new policies are in accordance with Major League Baseball guidelines and regulations for Minor League ballparks and are designed to keep you safe!

Be Ready On Gameday

Masks worn over the nose and mouth are encouraged in the stadium.

To prevent lines on the concourse and allow fans to enjoy the game from their seats, mobile concession ordering with in-seat delivery through StadiumDrop will be available.

Guests will be directed to enter and exit the stadium through designated entry gates to expedite the process and limit crowding at any one entrance. At the conclusion of the game, guests will receive instruction on safe exit procedures and exit locations.

Hand sanitizer stations will be available to fans in multiple locations throughout the stadium.

All Blue Wahoos employees and event staff will complete a health and temperature screening each day prior to beginning to work.

To reduce contamination and ensure safe reduced-contact entry for fans and staff, bags will not be permitted to be brought in to Blue Wahoos Stadium, except for medical or diaper bags.

Be a team player and watch the game from home if you are feeling unwell or experiencing any symptoms of illness.

Blue Wahoos staff will implement an enhanced system for cleaning, disinfecting, sanitizing and monitoring all common-touch surfaces and high-use guest areas frequently and consistently throughout games.

For the safety of players, coaches, and fans, no contact will be permitted between players and fans, including for autograph requests. Please do your part to keep the team safe and do not gather near the dugout or field.

For the safety of players, coaches, and fans, there will be a two-row buffer comprising the first two rows of seats closest to the field in areas frequented by players and coaches. No contact will be permitted between players and fans, including for autograph requests and fans will not be allowed to gather near the dugouts, bullpens, or other areas near the players.

Physical distancing will be enforced on the concourse, concession lines, Bait and Tackle Shop, and at all entrances and exits.

Fans must follow all posted and announced instructions at Blue Wahoos Stadium and agree to follow all applicable federal, state, county, city and Blue Wahoos directives in connection with, and in order to reduce the risk or spread of, disease or sickness (including, without limitation, COVID-19). An inherent risk of exposure to disease (including, without limitation, COVID-19) exists in any place where people are present. Some diseases (including, without limitation, COVID-19) are extremely contagious and can lead to severe illness and death. According to current advice from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (available at cdc.gov), senior citizens and persons with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable. By visiting Blue Wahoos Stadium, you acknowledge and voluntarily agree to assume all risks related to exposure to disease (including, without limitation, COVID-19) and all other terms and conditions referred to on your tickets. Please help keep each other healthy and safe.

Health and Safety Guidelines are subject to change as the season progresses.
