2017
♦ In first pro action, hit .301 with 11 doubles and 29 RBI in 53 games for Class-A Aberdeen.
♦ Named a New York-Penn League Midseason All-Star.
♦ Ranked among Aberdeen team leaders in triples (T-1st, 3), runs (2nd, 34), average (3rd, .301) and runs batted in (4th, 29).
♦ Totaled 11 multi-hit games and five three-hit games on the season.
PERSONAL
♦ Selected by Baltimore in the 6th round of the 2017 draft.
♦ Graduated from the University of Iowa, where he was named ABCA/Rawlings Mideast First-Team All-Region and Second Team All-Big Ten during his senior season in 2017. Was the first Hawkeyes player to ever hit for the cycle when he did so vs. Air Force on 4/13/16.
♦ At Iowa, was a teammate of current White Sox minor league outfielder Joel Booker.
♦ Played two seasons at Illinois Central Community College, where he was honored as a two-time All-American, two-time All-Region and two-time All Conference selection.
♦ Named MVP of the summer collegiate Northwoods League in 2015 after setting a league record with 112 hits, 80 runs and 168 total bases. Also named the NWL Star of Stars for being the MVP of the 2016 All-Star Game. Played for the La Crosse Loggers, whose alumni includes RHP Max Scherzer, LHP Chris Sale, OF Eric Thames and IF Stevie Wilkerson.
♦ Was a four-time All-Area and All-Conference selection at Washington Community High School (IL). Also lettered in basketball and soccer, earning All-Conferene honors in both.
