Hiring Concessions & Lifeguards for summer employment
The Reading Fightin Phils are seeking hourly part-time employees for the 2025 season! The R-Phils offer a variety of positions that make great first jobs, part-time opportunities, and flexible options. The R-Phils are seeking those interested in working games in the following departments: Concessions, Vendors, Lifeguards (must be certified). Positions are also available to work with Kathryn's Katering in the R-Phils hospitality areas serving food
Applicants must be 16 years of age before they begin working.
