If the weather is questionable, what are my options?
IF IT IS RAINING BEFORE THE GAME...
If it is raining before the game, please keep in mind that we do try our best to keep the game scheduled for its regular start time. Team officials monitor the forecast closely and do their best to keep the field playable for first pitch. A call will likely not be made until close to game time. Please stay tuned to our website homepage (trashpandasbaseball.com) as well as our social media channels for the latest updates.
And keep in mind, while it may be raining where you are, it may not be raining at the ballpark!
IF IT STARTS RAINING DURING THE GAME...
If it begins to rain during the game, the grounds crew will cover the field with tarp in order to keep the conditions as playable as possible. The game will then enter a rain delay. During this delay, the umpires and team officials will monitor the forecast and determine if the game can continue or will be called a rainout.
If more than five innings have been played (or if the Trash Pandas are winning after four and a half innings), it would be considered an official game and the score will be final. If less than five innings have been played, a credit for a future game can be issued.
TICKETING POLICY
If the game does not reach past the half or complete five innings and is officially suspended or postponed, your tickets can be exchanged out for a future regular season game of current season. This exchange must be done in-person at our Wicks Family Foundation Ticket Office. Season ticket holders can also exchange their tickets for additional tickets to any future game at equal or lesser value. Suites will still receive their food service during the event time, and their tickets can be exchanged for box seats for a future game.
PARKING
All single game parking passes bought through Clutch will be automatically refunded back to you from Clutch. If you have any issue with your return, you can email Clutch at [email protected]. Season ticket holders and mini plans holders that have purchased a season parking pass can email Clutch to get a code for another pass in the 2024 season.
