There is no official start date for the 2020 MiLB regular season. We will provide additional information and updates as they become available.

Twenty-three (23) home games were originally scheduled to be played at State Mutual Stadium in April and May.

Season Ticket Holders and group ticket buyers have the option to receive a credit plus a 10% bonus that can be used for any 2021 or 2022 Rome Braves regular-season home game(s) (*described below) or a refund for their tickets to Rome Braves games at State Mutual Stadium originally scheduled to be played in April and May 2020. Single game ticket buyers for April and May 2020 games have the option to hold onto their tickets for a potential rescheduled date or obtain a full refund.

Yes, the amount of credit that you apply or refund that you receive is completely up to you. For example, if you want to request a refund for all April 2020 games, but keep the credit in your account for all May 2020 games, then you may do that. You can use that credit at any time for any 2020 Rome Braves regular-season home game(s); provided, however, if any amount of credit remains in your account after completion of the 2020 regular season, such amount will be eligible to receive a 10% bonus that can be used for any 2021 or 2022 Rome Braves regular-season home game(s).

If you do not respond, we will automatically apply a credit to your Season Ticket Holder or group ticket account for the total dollar amount of the tickets you paid in your account for games originally scheduled to be played in April and May 2020. For Season Ticket Holders and group ticket buyers, this credit can be used towards the cost of additional 2020 regular-season home game tickets, or if you take any action that leaves an outstanding credit upon conclusion of the 2020 regular season, that credit amount will receive a 10% bonus that can be rolled into a credit to be used during any 2021 or 2022 Rome Braves regular season home game(s).

Given the fluidity of the situation, we will make ticketing decisions regarding future games on a monthly basis. We will share updates with you as soon as we have more information.

Yes, if you select the credit option, we will apply a credit on your Season Ticket Holder or group ticket account equal to the total dollar amount of the tickets that you paid for in your account for games originally scheduled to be played in April and May 2020 plus add a bonus equal to 10% of the total dollar amount of your tickets for games originally scheduled to be played in April and May 2020 if any credited amount remains in your account upon conclusion of the 2020 regular season, which can be applied to any 2021 or 2022 Rome Braves regular-season home game(s). For example, the ticket credit can be applied toward the cost of additional 2020 regular-season home game tickets, but if there is a credit amount remaining in your account upon conclusion of the 2020 regular season, the ticket credit plus 10% bonus can be applied to your 2021 Season Ticket Membership balance, if applicable.

If you select the credit option, you will receive a bonus equal to 10% of the total dollar amount in your account upon conclusion of the 2020 regular season of your Season Ticket Membership or group tickets for games originally scheduled to be played in April and May 2020. This 10% is in addition to the credit for the total dollar amount of the paid tickets in your account for games originally scheduled to be played in April and May 2020. For example, if you have a credit of $200 worth of paid tickets for April and May 2020 games that remains in your account at the end of the 2020 regular season, you will receive a bonus of $20 added to your account for a total credit of $220 that can be used towards any 2021 or 2022 Rome Braves regular season home game(s) tickets.

We understand situations change and you may need to change your initial selection. As such, if you initially select the credit option or take no action but would like to obtain a refund after conclusion of the 2020 regular season, you will forfeit the 10% bonus and it will be removed from your ticket account (i.e., your refund will only include the total dollar amount of the tickets in your account for games originally scheduled to be played in April and May 2020).

Your credit can be applied toward the cost of additional 2020 regular-season home game tickets, or if you have a credit balance upon conclusion of the 2020 regular season, you can apply your credit with 10% bonus towards tickets for any 2021 or 2022 Rome Braves regular-season home game(s).

Yes, if you choose the option to keep your credit with us through the end of the 2020 regular season and receive your additional 10% bonus, that credit will carry over until it is used towards Rome Braves regular-season home game tickets, but only through the 2022 Rome Braves regular season.

Yes. Any tickets that you currently have in your account for games in April and May 2020 will be credited to your account and are eligible for the bonus of 10% if any credit amount remains upon conclusion of the 2020 regular season.

Correct. The credit will only be applicable to Rome Braves home games during the 2020 regular season, or if there is a credit amount remaining in your account upon conclusion of the 2020 regular season, the ticket credit plus 10% bonus can only be applied to towards Rome Braves home game tickets during the 2021 or 2022 Rome Braves regular season(s).

If you paid by credit card, we will refund the credit card(s) used to pay for your tickets. If you paid by check, cash or ACH payment, we will refund you via check. The refund will cover the total paid dollar amount of the tickets in your account for games originally scheduled to be played in April and May 2020. All refunds will be processed within thirty (30) days of the originally requested date.

If you select a refund, your Braves representative will contact you to confirm how to split your refund among eligible cards.

Yes. Sunday, September 7 is the end of the current 2020 regular season and will be the date that you must request a refund by, or a later date if the end of the 2020 regular season is changed by MiLB. If no action is taken on your behalf by Monday, September 7 (or later date if MiLB changes the end of the regular season), then we will automatically credit your April and May 2020 games in your account to be used for any 2021 or 2022 Rome Braves regular-season home games. You will also receive the 10% credit bonus at that time.
