Concessions Cashier (21+): Assists guests with food and beverage transactions, gathers food to fill orders, pours beer, and helps with nightly stand clean-up and dishes.
Daytime Food Prep: Prepares food products such as popcorn, kettle corn, cotton candy, catering trays, preorders, sauces, etc. to be sold during games; most shifts will start at 10:00 AM with some shifts on non-gamedays.
Green Team – Morning Shift (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM): Maintains the cleanliness and appearance of Avista Stadium by deep cleaning seating areas, hospitality areas, and the outer concourse on a daily basis.
Green Team – Evening Shift (6:30 PM – Approx. 1-hour postgame): Maintains the cleanliness and appearance of Avista Stadium by cleaning spills, educating guests on the Spokane Indians sustainability campaign, and sorting compost, recycling, and landfill items.
Grounds Crew (18+): Prepares the field at Avista Stadium prior to all home games and events by mowing the grass, edging the infield, grooming the bullpens, etc. Grounds Crew team members will also be needed during the day on weeks when the team is on the road.
In-Game Food Prep: Prepares and delivers food for the concessions stands and assists with nightly closedown and dishes.
Mobile Order Runner (18+): Delivers food and beverages to lower box seats and hospitality areas within the stadium and consistently buses tables to encourage stadium cleanliness.
Section Leader (18+): Helps guests find their seats proactively, keeps sections safe and clean, and mingles with fans to enhance the stadium experience.
Security (18+): Includes all responsibilities of a Section Leader and also keeps the stadium safe by educating guests about stadium rules, controlling traffic, and assisting with emergencies.
NON-GAME OPPORTUNITIES
Aquatic Center Cashier: Assists guests at the North and/or South Spokane County Aquatic Centers with food and beverage transactions; includes preparing small quantities of hot dogs as well as daily set-up and closedown. The aquatics season will run from June 17th- August 18th, and is open 7 days a week.
Bigfoot Café & Coffee Bar: We operate the Bigfoot Café and Coffee Bar at Spokane Community College. Duties can include prepping food, cooking, cashiering, preparing caterings, making coffee, among other tasks. Shifts start as early as 7:00 AM and typically end by 3:00 PM Monday – Thursday. The current school year runs through mid-June. Depending on the person, team members could work at both SCC and Avista Stadium or only at SCC.
