By purchasing your Spokane Indians Ticket Package online, you understand that you are enrolling in the Spokane Indians Easy Pay-Auto Renew program and confirm that you have reviewed and agree to the following additional terms and conditions:

1. YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT YOUR SEASON TICKET PACKAGE WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW FOR EACH SUCCESSIVE SEASON, UNLESS YOU CANCEL YOUR TICKET PACKAGE OR OPT-OUT OF EASY PAY – AUTO RENEW BY PROVIDING WRITTEN NOTICE TO THE SPOKANE INDIANS AT [email protected] OR BY CALLING (509) 343-6886 ON OR BEFORE THE OPT-OUT DEADLINE THE YEAR PRIOR TO THE SEASON SUBJECT TO RENEWAL. (FOR EXAMPLE, TO CANCEL YOUR TICKET PACKAGE OR OPT-OUT OF EASY PAY – AUTO RENEW FOR THE 2025 SEASON, YOUR CANCELLATION OR OPT-OUT MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE SPOKANE INDIANS ON OR BEFORE AUGUST 1, 2024). IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL OR OPT OUT, YOU HEREBY AUTHORIZE THE SPOKANE INDIANS TO CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD FOR YOUR TICKET PACKAGE FOR THE FOLLOWING SEASON, AND YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL PAYMENTS DUE IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR TICKET PACKAGE FOR THE FOLLOWING SEASON.
2. All Spokane Indians Ticket Packages are eligible for Easy Pay – Auto Renew.
3. Your purchase will be payable in, and you will be charged, payments that are due on the Payment Dates set forth in the Payment Plan Schedule available at the time of purchase.
4. You may make Payment Schedule changes after your time of purchase according to the Spokane Indians current Payment Plan Schedule dates.
5. Renewals associated with a subsequent season may have a higher price than the current season or a prior season. All information about any changes to Ticket Packages, including the prices of each subsequent season's renewal, will be communicated to you at least thirty (30) days prior to the renewal deadline.
6. Multiple notices will be provided about the renewal deadline and any material changes to these Easy Pay – Auto Renew terms and conditions, including but not limited to email.
7. Opting out of Easy Pay – Auto Renew does not mean your Ticket Package cannot be renewed. You agree that the Spokane Indians may still contact you about the following season's ticket package options.
8. Opting out of Easy Pay – Auto Renew may cause you to lose certain STCU Gold Glove Membership benefits.
9. Current credit cards must be kept on file by the Spokane Indians and any changes communicated to the Spokane Indians in a timely fashion. If you have not opted-out of Easy Pay – Auto Renew, your credit card on file will be charged for your ticket package renewal. You acknowledge and agree to notify us if any of your credit card information changes.
10. Once a purchase is made, the ticket package holder whose credit card is on file with the Spokane Indians is responsible for all payments until the next renewal period (i.e. the next season).
11. Because we will be providing you with notices from time to time under these Easy Pay – Auto Renew Terms and Conditions, it is important that we maintain your current contact information. You acknowledge and agree to notify us if any of your contact information changes.
