UT vs. BGSU Game

The baseball programs at Bowling Green State University and the University of Toledo will play at Fifth Third Field on Friday, May 17 at 7 p.m. The game will mark the fourth annual game between the Rockets and Falcons played in Downtown Toledo. The baseball edition of the Battle of I-75 rivalry series was first played at Fifth Third Field in 2021.

Bowling Green State University will serve as the home team in 2024. Toledo was the home team last year with Bowling Green as the home team the year before. Toledo was also the home team in the inaugural season in 2021 with the home team designation alternating between the two universities in subsequent seasons.

The game at Fifth Third Field will mark the second of a three-game series in the Battle of I-75, hosted by the Falcons. The series is set to begin on May 16 with a 3 p.m. first pitch at Stellar Field in Bowling Green. The teams will play each other for the first time of the 2024 season on Tuesday, April 30 at 4 p.m.
