The Vancouver Canadians Baseball Club keep hours at Nat Bailey Stadium year-round to ensure that we can serve you best. From purchased tickets and group options to merchandise and donation request pick up we are open for business and look forward to seeing you soon.
Below are the Vancouver Canadians Box Office Hours out at historic Nat Bailey Stadium – office hours may be subject to change, please call 604 872 5232 to confirm hours.

For all 38 regular-season home dates, the C's Box Office will open at 9:30am and remain open through the end of that day's game.

The Vancouver Canadians Baseball Club is a member of the Northwest League of Professional Baseball, and are a Class-A affiliate of the Toronto Blue Jays Baseball Club. We are located at Nat Bailey Stadium - 4601 Ontario Street, Vancouver, British Columbia, V5V 3H4. Should you want to send mail, please use the aforementioned address. Should you be arriving at the stadium and wish to enter through the stadium's Front Office, please look for the Administration door located to the right of Gate A.
We have ample parking during the off-season, but do share a portion of our eastern parking lot with a local Farmer's Market - please be advised of the signage that is located throughout the parking area. The Vancouver Canadians Baseball Club does not assume any liability for vehicles that are towed from those designated areas.
Located right in the heart of Vancouver, historic Nat Bailey Stadium remains committed to reducing our city's carbon footprint. Part of this initiative includes minimizing vehicle traffic for the benefit of our environment and safety within our residential neighbourhood. Here are a few ways that you can help us keep our neighbourhood 'green'.
Cycling to Nat Bailey Stadium
Vancouver continues to be a leader in promoting alternative modes of transportation; located right on the Ontario Street Greenway, Nat Bailey Stadium is easily accessible by bicycle via any one of the bike routes around Vancouver.
Once you have arrived at The Nat, we're pleased to provide fans with over 200 spaces of free, secure Bike Valet Service _presented by _Port of Vancouver starting one hour before first pitch until the end of the game. There will be an attendant available at the beginning of each game, but please bring your own bike lock as all parking of bicycles is at your own risk.
Transit Options to Nat Bailey Stadium
As an added incentive for our fans to 'go green,' the Vancouver Canadians are pleased to offer a $0.50 discount on any Reserved Grandstand ticket purchase when you can present a valid transit pass or transfer from that day. Simply present your transit pass, transfer or Compass Card at the Nat Bailey Stadium Box Office in person to receive your discount.

Nat Bailey Stadium is conveniently located on several different bus routes depending on which part of the city you will be joining us from.

By Taxi
Taxi services are available post game, simply stop by our Guest Services Booth and one of our friendly C's staff members would be pleased to make a phone call on your behalf. If you are ordering a taxi yourself, please ask the driver to pick you up at 'Nat Bailey Stadium Midlothian Entrance,' located to the west of the Box Office in front of the new Hillcrest Aquatic Centre and Phoenix Gymnastics.
At Queen Elizabeth Park
There are over 200 pay parking spaces located at the top of Queen Elizabeth Park - a short walk down the hill from the Nat Bailey Stadium Box Office. To avoid a fine, please ensure to read and obey all pay parking restrictions and purchase your ticket from the pay stations provided.
Around the Neighbourhood
Nat Bailey Stadium is located in the heart of Vancouver and out of respect for our neighbours we strongly discourage fans from parking on nearby residential streets. If you do plan on parking in the neighbourhood, please ensure that you respect all parking and traffic bylaws, as the City of Vancouver WILL TOW YOUR CAR if it is in violation. We would hate for you to end a great day at the ballpark with a taxi ride to the impound lot!
Tailgating
As property of the Vancouver Board of Parks and Recreation, Nat Bailey Stadium is subject to city bylaws. This includes no outdoor grills and no alcohol products of any kind in our parking lot. Tailgating is discouraged.
In and Out Policy
Fans are permitted to re-enter Nat Bailey Stadium through the 1st and 3rd Base Gate entrances ONLY. No re-entry is permitted through home plate entrance gates A-F. A stamp will need to be shown upon re-entry either on ticket or hand.
Parking your Car at Nat Bailey Stadium
If none of the above options work for you, we do offer parking in and around Nat Bailey Stadium on game days for a fee ($10 CDN - cash only). We remind you that our lots fill up faast on game day so please plan on arriving approximately 30-minutes in advance for the best chance to secure a space. Note: The Vancouver Canadians Baseball Club does not assume any responsibility for any damage to your car while on premises.
Parking your Bus at Nat Bailey Stadium
If the public transportation options above do not work for your group, the Vancouver Canadians offer parking for chartered buses at Nat Bailey Stadium on game days. Parking is $20 (cash only) for large vehicles such as buses.
edia Credentials:
All requests should be submitted via email or in writing (on company letterhead) to the Vancouver Canadians Communications Department at least 24 HOURS PRIOR to the game you wish to cover (3:00pm on Friday for weekend games. NO CREDENTIAL REQUESTS WILL BE HONOURED ON GAME DAY. Please make sure that all requests for credentials are confirmed by the Vancouver Canadians Communications Department prior to arriving at Nat Bailey Stadium. Credentials may be picked up at the Nat Bailey Stadium Box Office after 3:00pm for evening games and 10:00am for day games. Credentials must be visibly worn at all times and are non-transferable.
Season Credential vs. Single-Game Credential:
The Vancouver Canadians will produce a Full Season Credential for all working media members that are intending on covering the ballclub on a regular-basis. For those members of the media who intend on covering the Canadians occasionally, we ask that you apply credentials on a single-game basis. All Full Season Credentials will be distributed in advance of the 2020 home opener on Friday, June 17th at 7:05pm. All Single-Game Credentials will be available at Will Call three hours in advance of that day's game.
Parking:
The Vancouver Canadians Baseball Club does not offer parking for members of the media unless they are arriving in a marked vehicle with their company's logo in full view. Parking must be arranged 24 hours in advance of the game that said media member will be covering and confirmed by the Vancouver Canadians Communications Department. Parking can be found around Nat Bailey Stadium on any number of side streets that are marked for public parking. The Vancouver Canadians Baseball Club does not accept any liability for vehicles that are damaged, altered and/or towed before, during and/or after covering the game. The full responsibility of the aforementioned vehicle is on both the driver and the company that the driver represents.
Press Area:
All media seating will be located within the Nat Bailey Stadium seating bowl at the top of Section 5. This press area will have power for working media to plug-in and work while covering the Vancouver Canadians Baseball Club and teams within the Northwest League of Professional Baseball. Wi-Fi will also be present within the stadium and a password to a dedicated hotspot will be provided upon arrival. That password changes with every series so please check in with the Vancouver Canadians Communications Department to ensure you receive wi-fi during your stay.
This year, media access to the general press area is now limited to working game day staff, road broadcaster(s) and home broadcaster(s). we apologize for the lack of access that has been available to media in previous years, however, we feel comfortable in what we will provide to all working media members this season.
Note: We provide a gender-neutral washroom within the press box during games and request that all media members please respect our sanitary delicacies by washing hands after each visit with our thanks. We also ask the media to respect our fragrance-free efforts to ensure all working media can enjoy and focus on that day's game.
Game Notes:
Vancouver Canadians Game Day Notes will be made available 90-minutes before the first pitch and can be found within the Nat Bailey Stadium Press Box. Although in-game access has changed for working media, pre-game access to the pressbox remains open for those wearing their credentials in plain view.
Meals:
The Vancouver Canadians Baseball Club offers a complimentary meal to all visiting broadcasters working that day's game. Any media member that shows a valid credential at any kiosk within the Nat Bailey Stadium concourse will receive a discount on a variety of ballpark fare. This excludes any alcohol-based beverage and/or merchandise.
Pre-and-Post Game Interviews:
Times and availabilities are subject to change at any time without notice. Please contact the Vancouver Canadians Communications Department in advance of that day's coverage so we can ensure you are privy to the Vancouver Canadians working schedule pre-game.
Post-Game coverage begins no later than 10 minutes after the game's final out with media access to the Vancouver Canadians Clubhouse restricted to just the general holding area and Vancouver Canadians coaching staff office. Please contact a Vancouver Canadians Communications Department staff member should you need access that does not meet the structure noted above.
Photographers:
Limited space is available for still photographers along each baseline with exact locations to be determined on game day. ABSOLUTELY NO TRIPODS ALLOWED. Photographers must stay in their designated areas while being considerate of seated and standing fans directly in their viewing path. If there is not a spot available, photographers can shoot from the auxiliary photo position at the top of Section 12. Media members and photographers are asked to adhere to the Rules & Regulations listed within the Vancouver Canadians Baseball Club Media Guide and respect all fans and their comfort levels may vary from fan-to-fan. Failure to do so will result in a review of both the credential holder's access and that of his media outlet.
Player/Staff Access:
The Vancouver Canadians Baseball Club works in cooperation with the Toronto Blue Jays Baseball Club and adheres to the policies and procedures put in place for all player personnel and staff by the Blue Jays organization. All players and/or staff requests out of season are to go solely through the Toronto Blue Jays Baseball Club.
