A: Gates will open one hour prior to the First Pitch.
*Please note, you will have exclusive use of the Lafarge Children’s Play Area for 30 minutes after gates open.
Q: HOW DOES PARKING WORK AT THE BALLPARK?
A: On game days there is parking available on a first come, first serve basis; it is $10 (cash only) per car or $20 (cash only) for oversized vehicles like RV’s or buses. We also offer a free bike valet and are accessible via public transit. For more information please visit canadiansbaseball.com.
Q: ARE STROLLERS ALLOWED INSIDE NAT BAILEY STADIUM?
A: For your safety, strollers are not allowed in Nat Bailey Stadium’s grandstand. If you require assistance storing your stroller, please see an usher or inquire about our complimentary stroller storage at the Children's Play Area.
Q: WHAT IS C’S CASH?
A: C’s Cash is our dollar to dollar stadium currency. It comes in $10 increments and can be used throughout the stadium to purchase food, beverage or merchandise. Please contact your C’s representative to purchase C’s Cash prior to your game date.
Q: IS THERE WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE SEATING AT NAT BAILEY STADIUM?
A: We have wheelchair seating along the 3rd baseline and within the Nutrl Zone. If someone in your group requires accessible seating please let your Canadians representative know. These seats are not covered, so please plan accordingly.
Q: CAN I BRING CUPCAKES OR CAKE?
A: Yes, we recommend cupcakes as they are far easier to transport, distribute and tidy up. We recommend you celebrate during your 30 minutes of exclusive use in the Lafarge Children’s Play Area so you don’t make the other kids jealous with your delicious food!

Q: HOW DOES THE A&W CEREMONIAL FIRST PITCH WORK FOR THE BIRTHDAY CHILD?
A: Please make sure the birthday child is in the Lafarge Children’s Play Area at least 30 minutes prior to the first pitch where they will be met by our staff to head down to the field.
