Animals

The only animals permitted in Centennial Field are marked service animals.

ATM

There are two ATMs at the ballpark. One is located in the Merchandise store, behind home plate. The other is located in the third base concourse tunnel between Section 301 and Section A.

Bags

Bags are permitted inside the gates at Centennial Field. All bags are subject to be searched.

Beer Sales

Beer is on sale only for those 21 years of age and older. Beer may be purchased at the main beer stand behind Section A, in the Vermont Frames Pine Street Pavilion in right field and directly adjacent to the Hot Corner concession stand near third base. Beer sales conclude at the end of the sixth inning. A maximum of two beers per person may be purchased at any one time. The Vermont Lake Monsters reserve the right to cease sales to anyone, at any time. 

Children

Individuals under the age of 12 are considered children. Any child who wants to sit in their own seat will need to have a ticket. Any child under the age of 2, who will be sitting on an adults lap for the entire game does not need a ticket.

Consent

The name, photograph, picture, voice, image, or other likeness of ticket holder and taken in conjunction with the event may be used by the Lake Monsters for all purposes in any social media, internet, photograph, video or audio sound recording and/or on any other medium. 

Credit Cards

Credit cards can only be used to purchase game tickets at the Ticket Office and/or merchandise inside the ballpark from the Merchandise Store. Credit cards cannot be used to purchase food and beverages inside the ballpark. The Vermont Lake Monsters only accept Visa and Mastercard. There are two ATMs located inside the ballpark.

Entering Centennial Field

All cars should enter Centennial Field through the Colchester Avenue entrance. The East Avenue entrance to the ballpark is for shuttle buses and emergency vehicles only. Pedestrians can enter down both Colchester and East Avenue.

Exchanging Tickets

You may exchange tickets for a game, a minimum of 7 days before the date you originally bought the tickets for. Please call the Box Office at 655-6611 to exchange tickets.

Fan Behavior 

Behavior and language that is offensive and affects others will not be tolerated. The Lake Monsters reserve the right to remove any individual or individuals who disrupt the ability of those around them from enjoying the game. Noisemakers of any kind are not allowed. Anyone not abiding by this policy will be dealt with accordingly. 

First Aid

First aid personnel are along the third base line in the Opportunities Credit Union handicapped seating area and are provided by University of Vermont Rescue.

Food and Beverages

Concession areas are located throughout the ballpark. Concession services are available at all games. NY-Penn League rules prohibit bringing food and beverages into the stadium. 

Foul Balls

Anyone caught scaling the fences, leaving the ballpark or running into the parking lot in order to retrieve a foul ball will be asked to leave and will not be readmitted. The Vermont Lake Monsters are not responsible for foul balls leaving the stadium.

Fun Zone

Located in the right-field Vermont Frames Pine Street Pavilion area beyond the Lake Monsters clubhouse, the fun zone consists of speed pitch, a bounce castle, and an obstacle course inflatables! Vouchers for the Fun Zone can be purchased online or out by the Fun Zone area for five dollars. 

Game Times and Gates

Gates open one hour before the game start time. Special game times do exist each season - always make sure to check the website and the team's social media for updated game times. All doubleheaders start one hour earlier than the originally scheduled game. 

Monday - Friday Games

Gates Open at 6:00 pm Game Begins at 7:05 pm

Saturday Games

Gates Open at 5:00 pm Game Begins at 6:05 pm

Sunday Games

Gates Open at 4:00 pm Game Begins at 5:05 pm

Giveaways

The Lake Monsters typically recommend arriving to the ballpark one hour prior to gates open, which is two hours before the game begins. It will depend on the popularity of the giveaway item and weather. If you really want the item, the earlier you get to the game, the better.

Guest Relations Booth

The Lake Monsters guest realtions booth is located behind home plate on the main concourse in a blue and green trailer.

 

Opportunities Credit Union Handicapped Seating

Opportunities Credit Union handicapped seating is available on the third base side of the ballpark next to the third base grandstand area. The area is covered from the elements. Each handicapped person will be provided with a space for one companion. Seating is limited in this section. There are other areas at the ballpark that are wheelchair accesible.

Job Opportunities

Kids Eat Free

The first 400 kids through the gates will receive a voucher to eat free (hot dog, bag of chips, soft drink) at Thursday home games courtesy of the H-Team.

Kids Run The Bases

Kids can run the bases post-game after every Vermont home game Monday-Wednesday courtesy of your New England Ford Dealers.

CHAMP's Kids Club

CHAMP's Kids Club is a free program for kids 12 years old and younger! Members of the Kids Club receive: FREE admission to five (5) home games, membership card, invitation to exclusive Kids Club events, 10% off merchandise on Kids Club days and much more. Lost and Found

Lost items may be claimed at the Guest Relations booth during games. All items found on stadium property should be turned in at the Guest Relations booth. Please call the Box Office at 655-6611 during non-game times for lost items.

Parking

Limited stadium parking ($4.00) is available at Centennial Field. Limited handicapped parking is available. For more on parking, and more parking options, click the button below.

All home Lake Monsters games are broadcasted through the Lake Monsters website www.vermontlakemonsters.com

Rain-Out Policy

All persons in possession of a ticket to a postponed game must exchange their ticket at the Lake Monsters Box Office for any future regular season game that season (based on availability). Exchanges for these tickets can not be done over the phone, they must be done in person. Admittance to a future game will not be allowed with a postponed game ticket.

Security 

Two Burlington police officers are at every home game to help provide security.

Smoking

Smoking is only permitted in the designated smoking area behind first base that is marked by blue paint on the ground.

Ticket Office Hours

The Lake Monsters ticket office is located at Centennial Field and open during the following hours during the season:

Non-game days: Monday-Friday 12:00pm-6:00pm 

Game days: 12:00pm- the end of the fifth inning

Warnings

Bats and batted or thrown balls have a tendency to leave the playing area before and during the game. Please pay attention to the action on the field at all times. The Vermont Lake Monsters, its players, officials and agents are not responsible for any injury or damage resulting from such activity. 

The throwing of any objects onto the field is prohibited. Fans are prohibitied from the field of play before, during and after the game. Anyone in violation of these policies will be removed from Centennial Field and is subject to prosecution. 

Will Call

Any window at the New England Ford Box Office can be utilized to pick up your tickets. Will call tickets can be picked up anytime the ticket office is open.
