Valley Strong Ballpark Rules & Regulations

DOG POLICY: Dogs are allowed each game but must be kept on leash and are confined to the Pasture. Dog owners are responsible for their dog's behavior.

PARKING: The Rawhide do not operate any reserved or paid parking at Valley Strong Ballpark. All adjacent parking lots and street parking are subject to ordinances of the City of Visalia. The Rawhide and the City of Visalia are not responsible for any damages to vehicles and/or property.

RE-ENTRY: There is no re-entry at Valley Strong Ballpark. Please ensure you have everything you need for the game before you enter the stadium.

SMOKING: Valley Strong Ballpark is a smoke-free facility. Any smoking, including vaping, is prohibited. There is a designated smoking area available during all games located just outside the North Gate. Guests who smoke in the designated area will be allowed to re-enter.

SOLICITING: City ordinances prohibit peddling or soliciting on city-owned property. This includes the resale of tickets, even if the would be sold at face value or less.

TAILGATING: Tailgating is allowed, but in accordance with City of Visalia ordinances, consumption of alcohol in any of the stadium lots is prohibited.

LIABILITY NOTICE: Ticket holder assumes all danger incidental to the game, whether occurring before, during, or after the game. This includes the dangers of being injured by thrown bats, thrown or batted balls, or any other object leaving the playing field. Ticket holder agrees the teams, their agents, and players are not liable for resulting injuries. Holder assumes all dangers presented by use of portable electronic devices and agrees the teams, their agents, and players will not be held liable.

RAIN/SMOKE POLICY: In the event that an official game* cannot be played to due field conditions resulting from wet grounds, unsafe air quality, or any other cause, all tickets from the postponed game will be exchangeable for any other game during the same regular season, excluding the Independence Day celebration game, for a ticket of equal or lesser value. Based on availability. Tickets may be exchanged in person or online at any time during the regular season. Tickets are non-refundable.

*An Official game is defined as any game that completes five full innings or 4 & 1/2 innings if the home team is ahead.

TODDLER AND/OR INFANT TICKETS: Children UNDER the age of 3 years old do not require a ticket to enter Valley Strong Ballpark. If they do not have a ticket they must sit on a parent's lap and will not receive their own seat. All other guests must have a ticket.

UNUSED TICKETS: Single-game & group tickets that are not used for the ticketed date are NOT exchangeable unless otherwise impacted by the Rain/Smoke Policy. No refunds will be issued.

Unused Full & Half season tickets are exchangeable for any other game during the same regular season, excluding the Independence Day celebration game, for a ticket of equal or lesser value. Based on availability.

CLEAR BAG POLICY: All bags entering Valley Strong Ballpark must be transparent with the exception of small clutches (8" x 5" or smaller), diaper bags, and other medical bags. There is no size restriction to the clear bags so long as they do not violate another ballpark policy. All bags are subject to search.

GATES OPEN: Gates will open 1 hour before game time unless otherwise noted. Full & Half season ticket holders will be allowed entry 15 minutes prior to main gates opening.

NO VISUAL OBSTRUCTIONS: No lawn chairs, banners, flags, poles, or anything else that will obstruct the view of other fans. Umbrellas may pass through the gates but cannot be used if they are obstructing the views of other fans. Signs are allowed but must be related to the game (no soliciting) and cannot be held up if it obstructs the view of other fans.

NO ARTIFICIAL NOISE MAKERS: All air horns, vuvuzelas, megaphones, and other noise amplifiers are prohibited. Cowbells are encouraged!

NO WEAPONS: Absolutely no weapons allowed. This includes bats, knives & pocket knives, firearms, lasers, fireworks, and any other item that could be used as a missile or projectile.

NO STROLLERS: Strollers are not permitted past the gates. They may be tagged & parked in designated "stroller parking" areas located at both entry gates but ticket holder does so at their own risk. Roller skates, rollerblades, and skateboards are prohibited at all times.

NO OUTSIDE FOOD AND/OR BEVERAGE: Absolutely no outside food or beverage is allowed. This includes soft drinks, alcohol, seeds, peanuts, candy, and other food items. Fans are permitted to bring a single water bottle per person. Other exceptions include medically verifiable dietary needs. Fans may not bring ice chests or coolers.
