What does a Blue Card membership entitle the holder to?
Each Blue Card entitles the holder to one (1) general admission bleacher ticket per regular season home game. A Blue Card member may attend up to all 70 Blue Rocks regular season home games.
Can Blue Card memberships be upgraded to other seating sections?
No. Limiting all Blue Card memberships to general admission bleacher tickets is how we're able to offer such an incredibly low price on the membership.
How do members get into each game?
After purchasing a membership, the Blue Card may be picked up at the Blue Rocks box office during normal business hours or at the will call window before the first game attended. Members will present their Blue Card at the will call window before each game they wish to attend to receive their general admission bleacher ticket for that day's game. Tickets may NOT be picked up in advance - the Blue Card must be presented the day of each game at the will call window.
What if a member forgets their Blue Card?
A Blue Card MUST be presented at the will call window before each game in order to receive their general admission bleacher ticket for that day's game. Without their Blue Card, members will NOT be able to claim their ticket.
Are credits or exchanges available for unused games/tickets?
No. Unlike the higher-priced season seat memberships, there will be no credits or exchanges of any kind issued to Blue Card members who do not attend all 70 regular season home games. In order to allow us to offer such a low price on Blue Card memberships, the $140 cost is fixed, non-exchangable & non-refundable.
Do Blue Card members receive early admittance to Frawley Stadium?
No. Unlike the higher-priced season seat memberships, Blue Card memberships do not include early admittance to Frawley Stadium. Members will enter at normal gate times.
Do Blue Card members guaranteed giveaways?
No. Unlike the higher-priced season seat memberships, Blue Card memberships do not include a guarantee of a promotional giveaway item on dates that they are scheduled. The Blue Rocks encourage all members to be aware of gate times and arrive early should they wish to claim a giveaway.
