How do I purchase tickets for Dash games?
The Dash play their home games each season at Truist Stadium, and you can be a part of all the excitement. The easiest way to secure tickets for a Dash home game is to call the team office at (336) 714-2287. Ticket packages guarantee the best seating locations. Single-game tickets will go on sale in the spring.
Where can I park for Dash games?
There are many available parking locations around Truist Stadium. Click here to view a map of the various parking lots within walking distance of the ballpark, and don't forget about the Dash's downtown express shuttle service for Thursday, Friday and Saturday home games.
When do the gates open?
Fans can enter Truist Stadium one hour prior to first pitch for every home game throughout the season. The Flow Club gate in left field is open for those fans with Flow Club tickets one hour and 15 minutes before game time.
Where is the Box Office, and when is it open?
The Box Office is located just outside of the main gates in right-center field. It is directly below the scoreboard.
Throughout the season, the Box Office will open 2 hours before game time.
What happens if a Dash game is postponed?
Be sure to visit wsdash.com or our various social media sites for weather updates throughout the day. If the game is postponed, we will notify fans of the ticket exchange policy for the game.
Am I allowed to bring food or beverages inside Truist Stadium?
No, you are not permitted to bring food and beverages to Dash games. Fans will be asked to discard any food or beverages at the gate. Fans with special dietary needs should contact the Dash team office at (336) 714-2287 prior to attending a game.
When is the best time to get autographs?
Securing autographs is never an exact science, but the best bet for fans to get their favorite player's autograph is to arrive early and wait by the retaining wall down the right field line. Another option is to be near the first base dugout right when the game ends. Please be courteous to other fans and listen to all stadium ushers while trying to get autographs before or after the game.
Is Truist Stadium handicap accessible?
Yes it is! Our main handicap ramp is located outside the main gate at Truist Stadium, and there is an elevator near the Womble Carlyle entrance inside the stadium. Handicap seating is available above the main seating area in the concourse, and the Womble Carlyle Club features a deck for handicap seating, too.
When parking, please note that there are nine handicap spots near the Womble Carlyle Club entrance behind home plate and five near the main entrance. If all are taken, ask a parking attendant to direct you to the nearest available parking spot. Handicap fans can also request a golf cart ride in order to travel from their parking spot to the main gate.
Does the team have a Kids Club?
Yes! The Dash Kids Club, presented by Lowes Foods allows Dash fans ages 12 and under the opportunity to access exclusive experiences, prizes and more! What level of baseball do the Dash play?
The Dash are the Class-A Advanced affiliate for the Chicago White Sox, which means that Winston-Salem players are three steps away from the big leagues. Dash players are trying to reach Double-A (Birmingham Barons) and Triple-A (Charlotte Knights) before making it to the big leagues.
Winston-Salem is a member of the High-A East South Division, which is a 12-team league that is spread across the East Coast.
Can I listen to Dash broadcasts?
Yes you can! Catch the play-by-play action for all 140 games online at this link. Also, fans can tune into the Triad Sports Hub for all Thursday night games. Pre-game coverage begins 15 minutes prior to first pitch.
Can I work for the Dash?
The Dash usually host an annual job fair about a month before the season begins, and the organization fills almost all of its gameday team member positions at that time. More information on this event will be available on this website and through our social media platforms as we get closer to the season.
Do the Dash offer internships?

Can I sing the National Anthem at a Dash game?
Each spring, the Dash host a National Anthem tryout to determine who will sing before each of the Dash's games. Be sure to watch out for more information on this event as we get closer to the season on this website and through our social media platforms.
