Ticket Policies & Procedures

Ticket Exchange Policy:

Rainouts: This policy may vary due to specific circumstances, but generally, tickets to games that were not played due to inclement weather can be exchanged for any remaining home game*, based on availability.

Individual Game Tickets: Unless a game is postponed due to inclement weather, tickets purchased on a single game basis will NOT be exchanged for any game.

Season Tickets: If you are unable to make it to a future game and would like to exchange a game from your season tickets for a different game, *call our offices at (336) 714-2287 or stop by the Box Office at least 24 hours in advance of the game you are exchanging. All exchanges are subject to availability*. If you missed a game in your 17 game or higher package, you can exchange unused tickets from past games for tickets of equal or lesser value to Sunday through Thursday games only* based on availability.

*Tickets that DO NOT include hospitality are NOT exchangeable for any "All You Can Eat Night" promotional dates.

Rain Policy:

Please feel free to call the Dash offices at (336) 714-2287 at any time to check the status of the game.

If it begins to rain before the start of the game, the Winston-Salem Dash grounds crew will place a tarp across the infield. As a result, it is rare that a game will be postponed prior to the scheduled game time. If the rain stops before the game's scheduled start time, the game will continue as planned. If the rain continues into the scheduled game time, it is possible that there will be a rain delay. The Winston-Salem Dash staff and grounds crew make every effort to play each game.

If it begins to rain hard enough during the game, the Winston-Salem Dash grounds crew and staff will quickly cover the infield with a large tarp, as called for by the umpires. At that time, game officials will work with local weather outlets to determine the immediate weather outlook. If game officials feel that the inclement weather will pass, a rain delay is put into effect. If game officials feel that the inclement weather will not pass in a reasonable amount of time, an official rainout is announced.

If the game is delayed, all food and hospitality areas will remain open for a period of time that will be determined by the Winston-Salem Dash staff. Entertainment will be provided on our video board during the delay, too. If 5 innings (4.5 innings if the home team is ahead) are played, the game is considered a full game and tickets will not be exchanged.

If the game is rained out or postponed after the game has been in a delay, all food and hospitality areas will remain open for a period of time that will be determined by the Winston-Salem Dash staff. If the game is postponed prior to 5 innings (4.5 innings if the home team is ahead) being played, your tickets can be exchanged for a ticket with no food option to any regular season game of your choice, based on availability.

In the event that the game is rained out or postponed prior to the ballpark gates opening, you can exchange your rainout tickets for any regular season game. Flow Club and Pepsi Carolina plan ticket holders will be able to exchange those tickets for seats of equal value to a future game based on availability.

Handicapped Seating:

Truist Stadium is equipped with handicap seating, and companion seating is available upon request. If a fan needs any special assistance, please contact a member of the Dash ticketing team to accommodate any needs you may have.

Ticket Requirement for Children:

The Dash offer complimentary admission to children three years of age and under, provided they are accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket. These children must sit in the lap of the accompanying adult and not occupy an additional seat.

Lost, Stolen or Destroyed Tickets:

In the event that your tickets are stolen, the customer needs to contact the Box Office at (336) 714-2287. Stolen tickets will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Replacement Tickets:

Season ticket members must contact their Business Development Representative at (336) 714-2287 to obtain replacement tickets.

Will Call:

Will Call tickets left for another party may be collected at the Will Call Window at the Box Office, located at the main entrance in right field.

The Box Office's hours of operation are Monday through Friday from noon-5pm during games. Will Call windows are closed Saturdays and Sundays on non-game days. On weekend event days, Will Call windows will open at 1 p.m.
