RoughRiders Digital Ticketing

Access your RoughRiders tickets on your mobile device and be ready for game day!

Access and exchange your tickets, parking passes and redeem your ticket vouchers online with ease through the MiLB App.

Accessing Your Tickets on Your Phone

Step 1 - Open the MiLB App on your mobile device, click "My Tickets" and enter the email address and password associated with your Riders account. If you do not know the email address associated with your account, contact your Account Representative or [email protected] for assistance.

Tap Sign Up to set a password for the first time or Reset Password if you are unable to remember your password.

Step 2 - Once logged in to your account, tap 'VIEW TICKETS' to view your tickets for your next game or tap 'VIEW ALL TICKET INVENTORY' to view tickets for all future dates.

Step 3 - After selecting the date of the game you are attending, a list of tickets for that date will appear. Tap on the specific tickets to view the barcode.

Step 4 - After selecting specific tickets, a barcode will appear. Please have this page visible on your phone when you approach the gate.

Tap 'NEXT TICKET' to scan barcodes on any additional tickets you may have.

The RoughRiders strongly recommend saving tickets to your Apple or Google wallet for quick retrieval on game days.

Forwarding Tickets

Step 1 - Open the MiLB App on your mobile device, click "My Tickets" and enter the email address and password associated with your Riders account. If you do not know the email address associated with your account, contact your Account Representative or [email protected] for assistance.

Tap Sign Up to set a password for the first time or Reset Password if you are unable to remember your password.

Step 2 - Once logged in to your account, tap the menu icon in the top right corner. You will then select the dropdown with the heading ‘My Tickets,’ and then select the ‘FORWARD’ option.

Step 3 - Select the game date you would like to forward.

Step 4 - Select the tickets you would like to forward and click on the ‘CHOOSE FRIEND’ button at the bottom of the page.

Step 5 - Choose the friend who will receive your tickets or click ‘ADD FRIEND’ at the bottom of the screen to add a new friend.

Step 6 - Once you have selected a friend, hit the 'FORWARD TICKETS' button at the bottom of the page.

Step 7 - Once the tickets have been successfully forwarded, you will receive a 'SUCCESS' pop-up and a confirmation email. The patron you sent tickets to will also receive an email to accept the tickets.

Redeeming Flex Plan Tickets

Step 1 - Open the MiLB App on your mobile device, click "My Tickets" and enter the email address and password associated with your Riders account. If you do not know the email address associated with your account, contact your Account Representative or [email protected] for assistance.

Tap Sign Up to set a password for the first time or Reset Password if you are unable to remember your password.

Step 2 - Once logged in to your account, tap the menu icon in the top right corner. You will then select the dropdown with the heading ‘My Tickets,’ and then select the ‘VOUCHERS’ option.

Step 3 - Once you have selected this option, select the box that reads ‘2024 FLEX PACK’. From here, a list of your vouchers will pop up. (There will be a notation under any previously forwarded or redeemed voucher.) Tap ‘VOUCHER ACTIONS,’ then ‘REDEEM’ at the bottom of the screen. This option will allow you to select however many vouchers you would like to redeem for a certain game by checking the box(es) next to the voucher(s) you would like to redeem. Then select ‘CONTINUE.’

Step 4 - After selecting ‘CONTINUE,’ you can then select the game date that you would like to redeem your vouchers for. Once the game date has been selected, you can select your seats from what is available from the interactive seating map.

Step 5 - Once you have selected your seats, you will select ‘CONTINUE’ to proceed to checkout and your vouchers will automatically be applied to the cart. You will follow the checkout process, then select ‘PLACE ORDER’ and your tickets have been successfully set up.

Exchanging Your Tickets

Season Ticket Members Only

Step 1 - Open the MiLB App on your mobile device, click "My Tickets" and enter the email address and password associated with your Riders account. If you do not know the email address associated with your account, contact your Account Representative or [email protected] for assistance.

Tap Sign Up to set a password for the first time or Reset Password if you are unable to remember your password.

Step 2 - Once logged in to your account, tap the menu icon in the top right corner. You will then select the dropdown with the heading ‘My Tickets,’ and then select the ‘EXCHANGE’ option.

Step 3 - Select the game date you would like to Exchange.

Step 4 - Select the seats you would like to exchange, and tap CONTINUE.

Step 5 - Verify the game and seats you would like to exchange are correct and tap *FIND ELIGIBLE EVENTS. *

Step 6 - After selecting your new game, set your search options and tap OK. Tap a seating section on the seat map to view available locations. Select available seats from the interactive seating map. Tap the Arrow with the seat icon at the bottom of your screen to continue.

Step 7 - Verify the details in your shopping cart. Scroll down and tap Place Order to complete the exchange. The game you exchanged into will appear in your account.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why are we moving to digital ticketing?

Beyond MLB facility requirements, digital ticketing will provide a safe fan experience with quick and convenient entry on game day. Digital ticketing will also help reduce the risk of lost, stolen, or counterfeit tickets while providing the ability to easily manage, transfer or sell your tickets at any time.

What’s my account login?

At the login page, please log-in using your MLB Ballpark/MLB Account e-mail and password (Ex. Same credentials as your Brewers Ticket Account). If you don’t have an MLB account, click ‘Sign-up’ to create an account to access your tickets. NOTE: All tickets will be associated with the same email you use to buy tickets over the phone or online. If you have any issues with this process, call our box office at (920)-733-4152.

Who do I contact if I have an issue logging into my account?

If you forgot your MLB account password, you can reset it by clicking on the "Forgot Password?" option at the bottom of your login page or by selecting this page. Further MLB account or customer service issues can be directed here.

Will group tickets be digital?

Yes. Group tickets will be distributed digitally and can be easily transferred to your group members or mass distributed digitally by your Sales Rep. View the Forward your tickets tutorial above for steps on forwarding.

How do I purchase tickets?

Same as always! Tickets can be purchased online, in person, or by phone. If purchasing a ticket in person, instead of receiving a printed ticket, your ticket will be automatically loaded into your My Tickets account and a link will be sent to your email for easy retrieval and access.

Can I add tickets to my Apple Wallet or Google Wallet?

Yes. Follow the instructions to access your tickets. Once you have the tickets you want to add selected, click on the button that says 'Add to Wallet'.

Can I screenshot tickets and have them scanned?

No. Unfortunately, screenshotting tickets will not get you into Riders Field. This is to avoid any fraudulent tickets. Tickets must be either pulled up via your online ticket account, shown in your Apple/Google Wallet, or printed off at home prior to arriving.

How can I ensure that I can access my tickets on game day via smartphone?

We HIGHLY recommend that you add all your tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay Wallet prior to arrival on game day. This will prevent you from having to deal with connectivity issues at the gate as the tickets will be stored in your digital wallet.

What do I show at the ballpark gates for entry?

A QR code or barcode (depending on the type of digital ticket used) will be shown on the screen of your mobile device at the gates and scanned by an employee for entry.

Can I print my ticket from home?

Yes, tickets can be printed from home by logging in to your Frisco RoughRiders account, selecting 'My Tickets', and clicking on 'View and Print'. Or click the HERE link on the top of the confirmation email.

Can I have multiple tickets on a single phone?

Yes, if your group is entering the venue together, you can have all your tickets on one smartphone. You will swipe to pull up the tickets individually and scan.

What if I want to buy a ticket for someone else?

You are allowed to purchase tickets for someone else. If you are not walking into the stadium with them, you will need to forward their tickets via email. This can be done by logging into your online ticket account and selecting the “Forward” button.

Will someone see if I forward a ticket to them?

Yes, they will receive an email. If they do not already have an account associated with the email address you forwarded the ticket to, they will be prompted to create an account upon receiving the ticket.

If I receive a forwarded ticket, can I then forward that ticket on to another person?

Yes, a ticket you receive can be forwarded to another individual. You (as the new sender) and the new recipient will both receive confirmation emails once the action is complete. There is no limit to the number of times a ticket can be forwarded.

Troubleshooting:

How do I access my digital tickets that I purchased?

Digital tickets can be accessed in one of two ways. After purchasing tickets, you will receive a confirmation email with a link that says, “Click here to access your tickets.” Tickets can be viewed and scanned on a mobile device or printed off at home. If you are unable to locate that confirmation email, you can also access your digital tickets by logging into your ticket account directly.

What if I don't receive my confirmation email?

After tickets have been purchased, it can take up to 15 minutes for your confirmation email to arrive. If it has been longer than 15 minutes, we suggest checking your ‘spam/junk folder’ for an email from [email protected]. If you are using a Gmail account, please check the social and promotions tabs of your inbox as well. If you still cannot locate your confirmation email, please email the RoughRiders Box Office at [email protected].

What if I forgot my password?

You can reset your password by clicking ‘Reset Password’ on the My Tickets login page. You will receive an email with steps to reset it. If you have difficulties resetting your password, please email the RoughRiders Box Office at [email protected].

What if I don't have a smart phone?

You are still able to purchase, use, print and share Frisco RoughRiders tickets without a mobile device. All necessary ticket actions can be completed by logging in to your Frisco RoughRiders account on a computer.

What if I lose internet connectivity while waiting in line?

We recommend viewing your digital tickets on your mobile device prior to arriving at Riders Field. Once viewed, the data associated with your tickets will be saved to a storage area on your phone. They can be re-displayed out of this storage area without re-establishing a connection. You can also save your tickets to your smartphone wallet.

What if my phone battery dies before I enter?

Please visit the RoughRiders Box Office when you arrive at the game and our staff will be happy to assist you with any issues.

What if I cannot find tickets I purchased?

Double check that you are logged into an account with the same email address and name that was used to purchase the tickets. If you are still having difficulty locating tickets you believe should be appearing, please email the RoughRiders Box Office at [email protected].

What if I accidentally forwarded a ticket to the wrong email address?

Simply follow the instructions for recalling tickets. Once the ticket is back in your account, you can then re-forward it to the correct email address.

What if I cannot find tickets that were forwarded to me?

Double-check that you are logged into an account with the same email address the sender used to forward you the tickets. You may also have the sender recall the tickets and then re-forward them to you at your preferred email address. If you are still not able to locate tickets you believe should be appearing, please email the RoughRiders Box Office at [email protected].
