As we navigate these ever-changing times, the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders are pleased to welcome their fans into PNC Field this season. A wide array of operations at PNC Field have had policies and procedures updated in accordance with state, CDC and Major League Baseball guidelines.
Bag Policy
- Clear bags will be permitted in 2023, including clear backpacks.
- Small purses, crossbody bags or wristlets measuring 9 in. long x 7.5 in. wide x 6 in. height or less are permitted.
- Fans may bring medical bags, diaper bags or small wristlets into the ballpark this season.
- Umbrellas are permitted into PNC Field, but may not have a pointed end.
- Lawn chairs are not permitted into PNC Field.
- Portable stadium cushions (with or without seat backs) are permitted.
- No firearms, knives, mace or weapons of any kind are allowed within the ticket areas or parking lots of PNC Field. This includes off-duty law enforcement officers.
- Items intended for sale or trade may not be brought onto PNC Field property, including all parking areas, without a permit or license from the SWB RailRiders.
Cashless Points of Sale
- PNC Field will be a fully cashless facility in 2023. This includes all aspects of operation at the ballpark, including parking, ticketing, the SWB Team Store and the concession stands and bars. PNC Field will accept credit and debit cards. Concessions and merchandise stands also accept Apple Pay and Google Pay.
-Gift Cards can be purchased with cash or credit at the SWB Team Store and can be used within the store or at concession stands and portables around the ballpark.
- Additional forms of cashless payment may be available as upgrades are made at each point of sale this season.
Mask Policy
- Masks are no longer required at PNC Field.
Smoking Policy
- PNC Field is a smoke-free facility. Designated smoking areas are available in three spots around PNC Field by exit points.
- Vaping is not permitted at PNC Field, except in designated smoking areas.
Ticketing and Seating
- Children ages two and under do not need a ticket.
- Tickets to RailRiders games this season are digital. Digital tickets must be shown to all ballpark personnel upon request. Anyone that does not have a valid ticket will be removed from PNC Field immediately. A ticket grants access to public areas of PNC Field
- Any attempts to enter private or team access areas of the park without permission from SWB RailRiders Management will result in immediate removal.
- Ballpark re-entry is permitted.
- Single-game tickets are available online only at swbrailriders.com.
