IT ONLY TAKES ONE: Fenter walked two batters of the fifth inning and was replaced by Javier Echevarria. Echevarria would load the bases and was one strike away from getting out of the inning, but a two-RBI single by Cannan Smith kept the inning alive.
QUIET FINALE: Neither team would score a run from that point forward. Aberdeen's
BIRD WATCHING: J.C. Escarra had a base hit that extended his hitting streak to seven games.
