El Fuego (Available at Santa Fe Trail near section 116)The sizzling El Fuego sandwich will set your taste buds ablaze! This spicy combination of flavors starts with a green chile and cheese bagel loaded with tender Beef Brisket Burnt Ends, slow-cooked in a tangy and spicy herbed Brazilian barbecue sauce. The meaty goodness is topped with a decadent layer of green chile mac n’ cheese that perfectly complements the smoky brisket.
