ADA FRIENDLY
Regions Field was designed to be universally accessible and comfortable for fans with disabilities. ADA friendly seating can be found in sections 101, 102, 106, 110, 114, 118.

ALCOHOL
Alcoholic beverages are available at concession stands throughout Regions Field, as well as portable beverage stands. Alcohol beverage sales will stop at the conclusion of the seventh inning.
ANIMALS
Certified service dogs or service dogs in training for guests with disabilities are welcome. All other animals are prohibited.
BABY-CHANGING AREAS
Changing stations are located in every restroom at Regions Field.
BAG SEARCH
All bags are subject to inspection prior to entering the ballpark. See PROHIBITED ITEMS.
BUSINESS OFFICE
The Regions Field administrative office is located on-site at Regions Field, accessible via the Executive Entrance off of 1st Avenue South and located on the third floor. The Barons offices are open Monday thru Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Our phone number is (205) 988-3200.
CAMERA AND VIDEO EQUIPMENT
Cameras and video recorders are allowed at Regions Field as long as they do not obstruct the view of others.
CARD POLICY
MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover are accepted at ticket windows, concessions and merchandise locations.
CASHLESS
Regions Field is a cashless venue. Cash can be exchanged for Barons Gift Cards at the Barons Sports Depot.
CELLULAR PHONES
The use of cell phones is permitted, provided they do not interfere with another guest's ability to enjoy the game.
CHILDREN
Children age two and under may be admitted to Barons games without a ticket, but need to sit in the lap of an accompanying adult. Children ages three and above require a ticket. Children's ticket pricing can only be purchased at the box office for those 12 and under.
CODE OF CONDUCT
Birmingham Barons management is committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests. Our staff will proactively intervene to support a family-oriented environment where all guests can enjoy the entertainment experience free from the following behaviors:
- Foul or abusive language or obscene gestures.
- Any disruption of the game by a guest's actions or unauthorized entrance on the playing field or restricted areas.
- Intoxication or other signs of impairment.
- Obscene or indecent clothing.
- Guests seated in a location other than their ticketed seat.
If someone interferes with your enjoyment of a game, please contact a Barons representative or visit the Customer Service Booth located behind section 108/109.
CONCESSIONS
A wide variety of food & beverages, from traditional ballpark fare to foods with local flavor are available behind sections 101, 111/112 and 118/119 and at numerous mobile carts locations throughout Regions Field.

ELEVATOR
Regions Field features two elevators, which are located on the concourse behind section 116 and inside the Executive Entrance Lobby. Guests are required to present a Club Level or appropriate hospitality area ticket to access the elevators.
EMERGENCY EVACUATION
In the event of an emergency, Barons personnel have been trained and instructed to assist guests in evacuating Regions Field.
FIRST-AID
First-aid is available at Regions Field. Please see an usher or visit the Customer Service Booth located at section 108/109 to be escorted to a first-aid attendant.
GATES OPEN
The main entrances to the ballpark open 60 minutes prior to game time. Club Lounge and Suite ticket holders can enter Regions Field using the Executive Entrance 90 minutes prior to game time. The Executive Entrance is for Club and Suite holders only.
GIVEAWAY POLICY
The Barons policy is to distribute one giveaway item per eligible fan entering Regions Field. An eligible fan is a fan that meets advertised age limits or other requirements. Extra tickets for a game may not be redeemed for giveaway items.

LOST AND FOUND
Lost articles are held for 30 days. Guests may bring lost or found items to the customer service booth or call (205) 988-3200 to locate missing items.
MASCOTS
Babe Ruff and Lillie Mays visit fans throughout the game all over the ballpark. Both mascots are typically available for photo opportunities following the 7th inning stretch near The Barons Sports Depot.
MERCHANDISE
Official Barons merchandise is available in the Barons Sports Depot Team Store located behind section 106-107 during games or by using The Barons Sports Depot entrance across the street from Railroad Park on First Avenue on non-game days. The store is open weekdays year-round.
OUTSIDE FOOD & BEVERAGE
For the safety and security of our fans, outside food & beverage (including bottled water) are not permitted inside Regions Field.
PARKING
There are 2,500 individual parking spots within a five minute walk of Regions Field, including the designated Barons Lot located at the corner of 1st Ave North and 14th Street. Parking is also available through our partner, Clutch! Parking at reserve.imclutch.com/.

PROHIBITED ITEMS
Food, beverages, weapons of any kind, (even with a concealed weapons permit) containers such as coolers or thermoses, lawn chairs, helium balloons, banners or signs that are not in the spirit of the event or that obstruct the view of others, animals other than service animals and compressed air horns are all prohibited at Regions Field.
RADIOs/TVs
Personal radios and handheld television sets are permitted inside Regions Field. The Barons flagship station is WJOX2 100.5 FM.
RAINOUT POLICY
In the event five innings of one game are not played, except when the home team is in the lead at the end of 4 1/2 innings, tickets may be exchanged for any 2023 regular season Barons home game of equal or lesser value, subject to availability. Tickets may not be refunded.
RESTROOMS
There are three men's, three women's and three family restroom locations on the main concourse. There are two men's, two women's and a family restroom located on the Club Level. There is also one men's, one women's and a family restroom located on the 3rd floor Suite Level.
RE-ENTRY POLICY
If a fan leaves the stadium prior to the end of the baseball game, they will not be allowed back in.
SEATS
Capacity: 8,500; Color of seats: Green; 4,714 Box seats and 1,483 total GA Berm Seats.
SMOKING
In accordance with Alabama state laws, Regions Field is a smoke-free venue.
STROLLERS
Strollers are allowed at Regions Field and may be stored under guests' seats. Strollers may not block rows, aisles or stairways.
TAXI SERVICE
Guests in need of a taxi should report to the Customer Service Booth located on the concourse behind sections 108/109.

- In Person: Tickets may be purchased at the Joe Drake Box Office. Regular business hours are as follows:
- GAME DAYS: Tuesday-Saturday: 10:00 a.m. until end of 7th inning or staff discretion. Sunday: 12:00 p.m. until end of 7th inning or staff discretion.
- NON-GAME DAYS: Monday-Friday: 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. :Saturday-Sunday: CLOSED

TOURS OF REGIONS FIELD
Regions Field ballpark tours are available Monday-Friday from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. If you are interested in a tour, contact the Barons at (205) 988-3200. Prior reservations are required; we recommend you call at least one week in advance.
UMBRELLAS
Umbrellas are permitted inside Regions Field. Please be considerate of other guests.
WILL CALL
The Birmingham Barons do not operate a will call for patrons. All requested tickets are distributed via email. Patrons can meet attending guests at entry gates to scan or deliver tickets if needed. Please visit the Joe Drake Box Office if you have trouble with opening tickets. You can also email [email protected] for help.
- Individual tickets: Tickets are emailed directly to patrons, accessible in your online account, or printed at time of purchase in person
- Group Tickets: Tickets are managed by attending group; contact your group leader or Barons account rep for ticket help.
