Spring Training Camp with the Boise Hawks
Take advantage of this opportunity to spend your Spring with the Boise Hawks players and coaches. Players who are currently in 6th - 8th grade and are looking for a unique baseball experience, reserve your spot now. You will learn all aspects of the game, stressing the importance of fundamentals, proper drill work, repetition, routine, hitting plans, pitching, team defense and game situations. Our goal is to help you develop and reach your full potential in preparation for high school. Personal evaluation and individual instruction will be applied throughout our 10-week program to help identify your strengths and weaknesses, along with your player profile and future projection. You will also have the opportunity to learn the importance of strength training specific to baseball, along with building a throwing, long toss and overall arm care program.

WORK GROUPS: Monday - Wednesday - Saturday (30 spots available) / Tuesday - Thursday - Saturday (30 spots available)
TIMES: 4:00PM-6:45PM (weekdays) / 10:30AM-1:00PM or 1:30PM-4:00PM (Saturday)
DURATION: 10 weeks (20 Skill Work Days & 10 Game Days)
