On Saturday, Hinds launched his first homer of the fall season. He now has four extra-base hits, which is tied for second in the AFL.

Matt McLain
.176 (3-for-17), 1 2B, 5 RBI, 8 BB, SB
McLain might only have three hits, but the former first round pick leads the team with eight walks and has knocked in five runs. In 2022, the shortstop drew a team-high 70 walks which was good for eighth in the Southern League.

Sam Benschoter
1-0, 5 IP, 0.00 ERA, 4 SO
Sam Benschoter made his way up to Double-A by the end of the 2022 season and has carried that momentum into the AFL. The right-hander threw two scoreless innings in relief and followed that up with three scoreless innings in his first start.
