Accessibility for Whataburger Field Whataburger Field recognizes the needs of persons with disabilities and has met or exceeded the requirements of compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and State of Texas accessibility mandates.

Parking Designated parking is available for guests with disabilities. Parking accommodations for guests with disabilities are available in both parking lots on Port Avenue. Display and point out your ADA placard to the parking attendant for direction to the closest available ADA parking spot.

Entrance The Cotton Club/Suite Entrance is designated as the Accessible entrance, located to the left of the Whataburger Field main gate. Tickets/Seating ADA and companion seating are located throughout the stadium seating bowl. To purchase ADA seating for an event, please contact the Whataburger Field Ticket Office at 361-561-4665 ext. 1, or visit us at a ticket window.

Tickets can be purchased by phone with a VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express card.

Elevators A passenger elevator at the Cotton Club Entrance to Whataburger Field provides easy access to all public areas. Additionally, the elevator is alarm-equipped and has Braille instructions, both inside and outside the cab.

Wheelchair Accessible Ramp A ramp, located inside the Right Field gate of Whataburger Field, makes the concourse more readily accessible for disabled fans and enhances the saftey for all patrons by adding another way of getting into and out of the seating bowl.

Service Animals Service animals accompanying our guests with disabilities are welcome at Whataburger Field. Service animals must remain on a leash or harness at all times. If you intend to bring a service animal into the ballpark, please notify your ticket representative at the time of purchase so an aisle seat may be reserved for you.

Courtesy Wheelchairs If you need assistance getting to or from your vehicle, please let a parking attendant or greeter know. Once in the ballpark, if you need assistance getting to or from your seat, please request a wheelchair at Guest Services on the concourse behind Section 118.

Restrooms All Whataburger Field restrooms are ADA accessible. The stadium also has family accessible restrooms on the concourse level on either side of the main gate entrance behind Sections 118 and 120.

Unannounced Patrons (game time) All unannounced patrons needing accessible seating on game night will be directed to the Guest Services desk to be relocated to available accessible seating.

Guest Services is located on the main concourse behind Section 118. To avoid inconvenience, it is strongly recommended any accessible seating ticket requests be made in advance.
