CASHLESS POLICY
CONCESSIONS, TICKETS and RETAIL purchases are entirely cashless. Credit card and cash remain accepted for PARKING, RUDY’S PRIZE WHEEL and the 50/50 SHARE2CARE RAFFLE. Whataburger Field has two reverse ATMs where cash can be converted into a card that can be used both in the stadium and anywhere Mastercard is accepted.
BAG POLICY
Each fan may bring one bag no larger than 16” x 16” into the ballpark. Any bag larger than 16” x 16” must be clear plastic or vinyl. All bags are subject to search.
GIVEAWAY POLICY
One promotional item per ticketed fan. Ticket holder must be present in order to receive the giveaway item.
ACCESSIBLE SEATING
Located in various sections throughout the ballpark, these seats accommodate individuals with disabilities and those who have difficulty reaching their seats. This ticketing may be purchased in advance by calling 361-561-HOOK (4665) or stopping by the Whataburger Field Box Office.
ALCOHOL
Whataburger Field and its concessionaires promote responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages. Guests are expected to obey all state and local laws governing the purchase, possession, and consumption of alcohol. It is illegal for anyone under the age of 21 to consume alcoholic beverages.
- Whataburger Field reserves the right to deny entry to anyone who appears to be intoxicated.
- No alcohol will be sold to guests who appear to be intoxicated.
- No alcoholic beverages may be removed from the property.
- Whataburger Field reserves the right to eject anyone under the age of twenty one (21) who is observed to be in possession of or consuming alcohol on the premises or anyone providing alcoholic beverages to minors.
- No alcoholic beverages will be sold after the 7th inning.
Management has the right to refuse service at any time. Alcohol sales can be terminated at any time at the discretion of Whataburger Field management.
ANIMALS
Animals, except for service animals assisting visitors with disabilities, are not permitted. However, check the promotional calendar for our annual Bark at the Park game, where dogs are allowed in designated areas.
ATM
The Whataburger Field ATM is in Hook, Line & Sinker, the club's main retail store, located next to the Right Field Gates.
BABY CHANGING AREAS
Baby changing areas can be found in each restroom, including our family restrooms located behind Section 119.

BANNERS AND SIGNS
Banners and signs are permitted at Whataburger Field when the following guidelines are followed to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all fans. The Hooks reserve the right to confiscate banners/signs with inappropriate messages, those commercial in nature, those causing a disturbance, and/or those obstructing sightlines. Banners/signs may not be mounted on sticks, wooden frames, or any similar apparatus and may not be attached to railings.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
Per MLB's Player Development League rules, outside food and beverage is not permitted at Whataburger Field, including birthday cakes and edible party favors. Exceptions for baby formula and medical requirements are permitted
CAMERAS/VIDEO EQUIPMENT
Visitors are welcome to bring video and still cameras into the ballpark; however, tripods are not allowed in the seating areas. Recordings may be used for personal viewing only. Commercial use is prohibited. Fans may not distribute copyrighted game images without consent of the Hooks.

CHILDREN'S TICKETS
Children 3-and-under are admitted to Whataburger Field without a ticket, provided they are seated on the lap of a parent or guardian. A guest must have a ticket to receive a promotional item.
CODE OF CONDUCT
Whataburger Field is committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience for our guests. Our staff will proactively support an environment free from the following behaviors:
- Trespassing on the playing field;
- Interfering with baseballs that are in play;
- Abusive, foul or disruptive language and obscene gestures;
- Throwing objects;
- Excessive or underage consumption of alcohol.
- Fighting, taunting or threatening remarks or gestures;
- Sitting in a location other than the guest's ticketed seat;
- Displays of affection not appropriate in a public setting;
- Obscene or indecent clothing;
- Accessing areas of the ballpark without a proper ticket, pass or credential;
- Any disruption to the progress of the event by the guest's actions, i.e. prolonged standing (standing when other fans in the section are seated).
Continuing inappropriate behavior may result in the guest having his/her tickets revoked, being ejected from the stadium or arrested by police. Guests are encouraged to report issues and concerns to a nearby event staff member.

DRINKING FOUNTAINS
Drinking fountains are located throughout the ballpark, outside each restroom location.
ELEVATORS
Our elevator is housed in the Cotton Club/Suite Level lobby, situated directly to the left of the main gates. The ramps at Sections 110 and 125 afford fans 360-degree access of Whataburger Field. A ramp to the seating bowl concourse for wheelchair-bound patrons is located near Section 126 at the Right Field gate entrance.

FAMILY RESTROOMS
Family restrooms are located on the main concourse behind Section 119.
FIREARMS AND WEAPONS
No firearms or other weapons are allowed on Whataburger Field premises.
FIRST AID
First Aid is located next to the main entrance at Whataburger Field. Fans in need of first aid may ask any Whataburger Field employee to request EMS personnel.
FOUL BALLS AND HOME RUN BALLS
Fans are permitted to keep foul balls and home run balls hit into occupied seating areas as souvenirs. However, fans must not enter the playing area to retrieve balls or otherwise interfere with balls still in play. All fans, especially those sitting along the foul lines, are cautioned to stay alert for hard-hit foul balls or bats that might leave the field of play. Ticket holders assume all risks and dangers incidental to the game of baseball, whether occurring prior to, during, or after the actual playing of the game including (but not exclusively) the danger of being injured by or in connection with any thrown or batted ball. The Corpus Christi Hooks are not liable for resulting injuries. The Corpus Christi Hooks cannot be held responsible for the conduct of other guests attempting to obtain a foul or home run ball.
GATES OPEN
Gates open 60 minutes before the start of the game, 90 minutes prior to first pitch on premium giveaway days. Diamond & Sapphire season-ticket members are allowed access to Whataburger Field through the Cotton Club entrance 90 minutes prior to first pitch for all games unless otherwise noted.

GUEST SERVICES
Guest Services are located next to the elevator behind Section 119. Services provided include answers to fan questions, ballpark food locations, sign-ups for in-game promotions and more. Fans may also share their feedback regarding their Whataburger Field experience and pick up pocket schedules.
LOST AND FOUND
Any items found at Whataburger Field should be turned in to Guest Services or at the reception desk in our front office, which is located to the right of the main gates. If the item isn't located during the game, fans can inquire the next day to see if it was found.
LOST PARENTS/FOUND CHILDREN
Children who have lost their parents will be escorted by a staff member to Guest Services, located behind Section 119. Parents who have lost their children may ask any Whataburger Field employee to help locate their child.
MERCHANDISE
Hook, Line & Sinker, the official team store of the Corpus Christi Hooks, is located up the first-base line next to the Right Field gates. Merchandise is also available on the first-base side of the concourse, as well as online at cchooks.com/shop
PARKING
Parking for all Hooks games at Whataburger Field ranges from $5-$10 per vehicle, credit cards and cash accepted. ADA parking is available in both the South and West lots. West Lot is reserved for guests with parking passes.
PROHIBITED
Fans are prohibited from bringing the following items into Whataburger Field:
Aerosol cans
Alcohol
Brooms
Cans and glass containers
Containers larger than 16 x 16 x 8 inches
Drinks (allowable is one (1) factory sealed non-flavored water of 16oz or less is allowed per person. Label must be removed)
Fireworks
Folding chairs
Hard-sided coolers
Illegal drugs
Inflatables (such as beach balls)
Laser devices
Noise makers
Outside food & beverages (including birthday cakes & other edibles)
Skateboards and rollerblades
Snacks
Sticks and clubs
Thermoses
Toy guns & knives (including water guns)
Weapons
All fans on the outfield berm must be seated directly on the grass, or a blanket/towel. No chairs are allowed. All bags are subject to inspection. To ensure fan safety, the club reserves the right to confiscate any item deemed hazardous or suspicious, including one capable of being used as a projectile.
RADIOS/TELEVISIONS
Hand-held radios and small televisions are welcome at Whataburger Field if they do not interfere with other guests' enjoyment of the game. Please be considerate by using a low volume or headphones. Whataburger Field staff reserve the right to discontinue the use of such devices.
RAINOUT POLICY
Tickets may be exchanged for any remaining home game during the regular season, based on availability. Rainchecks can be redeemed at the Whataburger Field Box Office, which is located to the right of the main gates.
RE-ENTRY
Re-entry is allowed for Hooks games at Whataburger Field. Fans are required to get stamped by a Hooks gate greeter for re-entry.

SECURITY SCREENING
The Hooks will utilize screening equipment, such as walkthrough metal detectors and tables, at all Whataburger Field public entry points.
SMOKING/VAPING
No smoking or vaping is allowed in the seating bowl. There are designated areas along the street side of the main and suite-level concourses.
TAILGATING POLICY
Tailgating is permitted but arrangements need to be made in advance. A trash can and portable toilet are required as is paid parking for each space designated or utilized. For more information, call 361-561-HOOK (4665).
TICKET SALES
During the season, the box office is open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturdays. In the offseason, hours of operation are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. You may also purchase tickets by calling 361-561-HOOK (4665) or visiting cchooks.com/tickets
Will Call - Will Call tickets may be picked up at the box office at any time during the hours listed above. We encourage the online purchase of tickets and scanning of Smart phone devices to save time and avoid lines.
Single Game tickets are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. In event of a rainout, please reference the Rainout Policy.

UMBRELLAS
Umbrellas are allowed if their use does not obstruct the view of nearby fans.
WHEELCHAIR SERVICE
Whataburger Field has a limited number of wheelchairs available to assist guests. If wheelchair service is needed to transport a guest to a seat location and/or back to one of the gates for exit, please notify a Whataburger Field employee for assistance.
Wheelchairs can only be used to transport guests and cannot be rented or borrowed to sit in while watching the game. Please be aware that wheelchairs are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Therefore, during periods of heavy volume, guests may be asked to wait until a wheelchair comes available. Please see the nearest Whataburger Field representative in the event a medical emergency requires wheelchair service.
