Follow these steps to create a MyProVenue Account:
STEP 1 – Either click the link above, or hover over the “Ticket & Membership” tab on our website, then click the “MyTickets.com Account Login” tab to access the MyProVenue.
STEP 2 - Click "Sign Up" in the bottom left box to prompt the next page.
STEP 3 – Fill in the blanks and create your new account!
Digital tickets can be accessed after you purchase the tickets online via email or by logging on to your MyProVenue account. After you purchase the tickets, you will receive a confirmation email with a link that says, “Click here to access your tickets.”
Tickets can then be viewed and scanned on a mobile device or printed off at home. A QR code or barcode will be shown on the screen of your mobile device and can be scanned by one of our ticket takers at the gate for entry. If you are unable to locate that confirmation email, you are welcome to give our Box Office a call before the game.
- Log into your MyProVenue account and go to your ticket inventory.
- Once you are viewing your ticket inventory, select “Forward”.
- Select the tickets you would like to forward.
- Tap “Add Friend” to choose the person who will be receiving your tickets. If the recipient is already listed, select them and go to step 5.
- Select “Forward Tickets”. Your tickets will then be forwarded.
- Go to your ticket inventory in your MyProVenue account.
- Select the event for the tickets you would like to recall and select “recall”.
- Select the tickets you would like to recall and select “Recall Tickets”
- BOOM! Your tickets have been recalled.
Have vouchers that need to be redeemed? Follow these five simple steps to use the vouchers.
- After logging in or signing up, click on the menu icon in the top right corner. Click 'My Tickets' and then click 'Vouchers.
- Click on your voucher package, individual vouchers or enter your voucher code.
- Select 'Voucher Actions' and then click 'Redeem.'
- Select the voucher(s) you wish to redeem and click 'Continue.'
- Proceed through the game date, seat selection and checkout process.
Vouchers may be upgraded, based on availability.
- To save tickets to your Apple or Google Wallet, first view your confirmation email on your mobile device.
- Select either “Click here to add your tickets to Apple Wallet now” or “Click here to add your tickets to Google Wallet now.
