Address Change
If at any time you have an address, phone, work, fax or email change, please call or email your account representative. We want to make sure that your correct information is consistently up-to-date at all times.
Alcohol Management
By Ohio Law, you must be 21 years of age to purchase and/or consume alcoholic beverages. Upon request, each customer may be asked to present valid identification at the time of purchase. The Dayton Dragons reserve the right to refuse service to any fan. Please drink responsibly. If you find yourself in need of transportation service, please go to the Day Air Credit Union Customer Service Booth or the Dragons front office so that alternate transportation can be arranged. Alcohol sales will cease with the first pitch of the top of the eighth (8) inning or earlier as deemed appropriate by Dragons management. Alcoholic beverages may not be served to or consumed by any person under the age of 21, even with parental or spousal consent.
Animals
Day Air Ballpark welcomes Guide or Assistance Dogs utilized by the disabled or visually impaired. All other animals are prohibited.
Automobile Assistance
For any auto assistance, please contact the Day Air Credit Union Customer Service Booth at (937)281-1075.
Bags, Backpacks & Purses
For security purposes, only small personal bags (purses, baby bags, etc.) shall be permitted inside Day Air Ballpark and may be subject to search at all entrances. Large bags, coolers and backpacks are not permitted. There are no storage lockers on the premises. Please make sure that you leave all unnecessary items in your vehicle.
Banners & Signs
Banners and signs are not permitted inside Day Air Ballpark.
Birthday / Anniversary Announcement
To have your birthday or anniversary announcement appear on the scoreboard during a Dragons home game, please click here to submit your request, or call the Director of Entertainment at (937) 228-2287. All requests must be received 24 hours in advance.
Box Office
Individual game tickets can be purchased at the Day Air Ballpark Box Office Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., from 2 p.m. until the conclusion of the game when playing on Saturday, and 11 a.m. until the conclusion of the game on Sunday. The Day Air Ballpark Box Office accepts cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. For more information please call (937) 228-2287. Single game tickets can also be purchased at daytondragons.com and at Miami Valley Kroger Ticketmaster outlets (see Dragons website for outlet listing). Cameras, Video Equipment & Radios
All cameras for the use of picture taking are permitted inside of Day Air Ballpark. Radios (if they are a small and portable) are permitted as well. Fans may not reproduce or rebroadcast any film or videotape shot at Day Air Ballpark for any commercial use without the permission of the Dayton Dragons. All professional cameras and video equipment (members of the media or free-lance journalists) must be cleared through the Dayton Dragons Media Relations Department by calling (937) 228-2287.
Cashless Facility
Day Air Ballpark is a cashless facility.
Child Ticket Policy
For Dayton Dragons home games, children two years of age or younger do not need a ticket, provided the child sits on an adult's lap.

Credit Card Policy
The Dayton Dragons accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover credit cards. Credit Cards are accepted at select Concession Stands (food and beverage) and at all retail stands at Day Air Ballpark.
Disabled Guest Policy
Day Air Ballpark is equipped with handicap and companion seating throughout the entire ballpark. Wheelchairs are also available for use at the Day Air Credit Union Customer Service Booth. Disabled guests can also be dropped off and picked up in front of the stadium from Monument Ave. If you need special assistance, please call the Dragons offices at (937) 228-2287 to facilitate any needs you may have.

First Aid
The First Aid Office is located on the concourse behind sections 107-108.
Food or Beverage
Day Air Ballpark does not allow outside food/beverage inside the stadium. However, it is permissible to bring in an empty water bottle to the stadium and utilize the water fountains inside the ballpark.
Day Air Ballpark security reserves the right to inspect any package or container coming into the ballpark.
Foul Balls
Please be alert for foul balls and other debris/equipment that may come into the seating area from the playing field. All fans are subject to the possibility of being hit by a flying object from the field. These objects are traveling at fast speeds and may be very dangerous. Please keep any foul ball you catch as a souvenir of your night at Day Air Ballpark.
Gates Open
Gates open one (1) hour prior to game time for all Dayton Dragons home games. Day Air Ballpark closes 30 minutes after the conclusion of the game.
Gift Certificates
Baseball Bucks are available through the Dragons and can be used at all concession stands and retail locations inside Day Air Ballpark. Baseball Bucks come in $5.00 increments and expire at the end of each year. To order Baseball Bucks, please contact the Dragons at (937)228-2287 or via email at [email protected].
Group Tickets
There's no better way to catch the action at Day Air Ballpark than to share the experience with a group of friends, teammates, or coworkers. Call the Dragons group ticketing staff to schedule a fun night of baseball and entertainment for everyone. Group seating is limited so please call soon (937) 228-2287.
Guaranteed Giveaway Nights
Most teams will have free gift nights - hat night, ball night, etc. In most parks the first 1,000 fans through the gates receive the free gift. With the Dayton Dragons, we reserve these free gifts for just our season ticket holders. In the front of your season ticket booklets you will find Gift Redemption vouchers. Just bring these vouchers with you to the gift night game. You are guaranteed to receive your free gift no matter what time you arrive. And if you aren't able to make it to the gift night game, just bring your voucher to the stadium with you on another game date after the giveaway night, or stop in Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. to receive your free gift.
Guest Conduct
While at Day Air Ballpark, we want everyone to have a great time each time they come out to the ballpark. Fans using loud, obscene or abusive language or engaging in any other conduct detrimental to the social environment of enjoying a public event will be asked to cease their conduct and may be subject to ejection from the stadium if the conduct is deemed overly offensive. Examples of this type of conduct include intoxication, unruly behavior, use of profane or abusive language, inappropriate dress (shirts and shoes required, and offensive or suggestive attire is not permitted), violation of local, state or federal law, behavior that infringes upon other fans' ability to enjoy the game. The ticket purchaser is responsible for the actions of the ticket holder and the misconduct by the ticket holder may be cause for revocation of the purchaser's season ticket rights. Fans are subject to a reasonable search for items that are not permitted into the stadium.
Lawn Chairs
Fans are not permitted to bring standard lawn chairs into the stadium.
Lost and Found
Lost or misplaced items can be claimed or returned to the Day Air Credit Union Customer Service Booth behind sections 108-109.
National Anthem
Fans interested in singing the National Anthem, may take part in the Dayton Daily News National Anthem auditions prior to the start of each season. For information regarding auditions, please contact the Dragons at (937) 228-2287.

- Skateboards and rollerblades
- Toy guns and knives (including water guns)
- Sticks and clubs
- Unmanned aerial vehicles
Rain Out Policy
The Dayton Dragons will make every reasonable attempt to complete each and every home game. Professional baseball requires at least five (5) innings be completed (4 1/2 if the home team is leading) to be considered a complete game. If a Dragons home game is rained out, please keep your ticket stub. Fans may exchange their game ticket for a ticket of equal or lesser value; or fans may exchange one (1) stadium seating bowl ticket for two (2) lawn tickets for any remaining Dragons home game during the season, based on availability. This can be done at the Dragons Box Office at Day Air Ballpark.
Re-Entry Policy
Guests may re-enter Day Air Ballpark only if exiting through a smoking gate and only with the proper hand stamp. Re-entry accommodations are up to the discretion of the Dragons and strictly limited to emergencies only.
Restrooms
Public restrooms are conveniently located along the concourse. All restrooms include diaper-changing stations and are accessible to guests with disabilities. Family restrooms are also available along the concourse behind sections 112 and 108.
Running the Bases
After every day game, kids can run the bases at Day Air Ballpark (at the conclusion of the game). For those interested, kids will line up and go down the steps between Section 104 and Lawn A. When they get to the bottom of the steps, they move over to Section 105 to enter the field.
Security
The Dayton Dragons and Day Air Ballpark have implemented a number of additional security measures for the protection of everyone at our games. We apologize for any inconveniences you may experience.
Please be aware of the following:
- Large bags and coolers are not permitted inside Day Air Ballpark.
- Upon exiting the stadium, fans will not be allowed to re-enter for any reason. If exiting through a designated smoking gate, a hand stamp is required to re-enter.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted inside the stadium, this includes e-cigarette. There are designated exits at each entry and behind section 115. Please see the Day Air Ballpark Customer Service Staff to ensure proper re-entry into the stadium.
Strollers
Strollers are permitted inside of Day Air Ballpark providing they do not obstruct the aisle ways. Fans may check their strollers at the Day Air Credit Union Customer Service Booth, inside the main gates, and can claim them upon their departure from Day Air Ballpark.
Stolen or List Tickets
In the event that tickets are lost or stolen, please file a police report. Send us a copy of the report and we'll issue replacement tickets. The Dayton Dragons cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen tickets.
Suites
Boost Engagement Luxury Suites are ideal for companies and individuals who wish to provide the best in sports and entertainment hospitality to their clients and employees. Benefits include 15 tickets, premium in-suite catering and hospitality options, a television, internet access, kitchenette with refrigerator, phone service and two passes for reserved parking. Ticket Scalping
Tickets must not be resold or offered for resale in a manner or at a price that violates any federal, state or local law or regulation and cannot be resold on the grounds of Day Air Ballpark. Tickets may not be used for advertising or promotions, including contests or sweepstakes, without the written consent of Dayton Dragons. Commercial reselling of Dayton Dragons tickets is prohibited without the written consent of Dayton Dragons. Tickets obtained from sources other than the Dayton Dragons or a Ticketmaster outlet may be tickets that were lost or stolen from others and in such cases will not be honored.
Trespassing
Anyone TRESPASSING on the playing field will be ejected and subject to arrest and prosecution in accordance with local, city and county law.
Umbrella
Umbrellas are permitted at Day Air Ballpark. However, please be courteous and considerate when opening them in seating areas. Day Air Ballpark security reserves the right to confiscate umbrellas that are being used improperly.
Will Call
On game days, guests may pick up tickets at Will Call, located in the Box Office on the west side of Day Air Ballpark next to the Suite Level entrance. Guests will be required to present a valid photo I.D. and may pick up tickets starting two hours prior to a Dayton Dragons game. Will Call tickets can also be picked up on non-game days. Box Office hours are Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
