Mosquea, 18, signed with the Cubs on June 29 and had appeared in nine games with the DSL Cubs Blue, going 0-3 with a 3.14 ERA in 14 1/3 innings. He'd picked one save and struck out 23 batters out of the bullpen before landing on the restricted list.
Stanozolol is a synthetic anabolic steroid derived from testosterone, commonly sold under the name Winstrol, and was banned by the International Olympic Committee in 1974.
