General Public Parking for Persons with Disabilities – There are 50 reserved handicap parking spots located on Blackwell Street and they should be accessed via the Jackie Robinson Drive/Blackwell St. intersection. These spaces are first-come, first-served. There is additional handicap parking in the South Parking Deck. For more information on parking at the DBAP, please click here.
Accessible Entrances - The DBAP has elevators located inside the main lobby to the left of the Ballpark Corner Store which can get you to the main concourse.
Accessible Restrooms for Persons with Disabilities – All men's, women's and gender neutral restrooms found on the concourse are accessible to persons with disabilities.
Emergency Evacuation - If an emergency evacuation arises, Event Staff will be available to persons with disabilities who request assistance in exiting the stadium.
Bags or containers larger than 16" x 16" x 8" are not permitted inside Durham Bulls Athletic Park. Bags within the permitted size do not need to be clear bags, however all bags are subject to search before entry into the ballpark. Diaper bags and medical bags larger than 16" x 16" x 8" are permitted.

Durham Bulls Athletic Park is a cashless facility in order to encourage decreasing transaction times, creating faster moving lines, and improving overall guest satisfaction. Only major credit and debit cards and pre-loaded tickets are accepted at DBAP points of sale, including the Ballpark Corner Store and all food and beverage locations.
Bulls ticketing is fully digital! Staff or scanning pedestals will be able to scan your ticket without contact. To view and manage your tickets online, please click here.
For the convenience of our PNC Triangle Club or luxury suite patrons and our guests with disabilities, the DBAP has elevators located inside the main lobby to the left of Ballpark Corner Store and also on the right-field end of the concourse.
Report emergencies to any Bulls' seating bowl host, security police officer or Lowes Foods Guest Services.
Lowes Foods Guest Services is located in the main concourse, to the left of the stairways. Please go to Lowes Foods Guest Services to report lost children, inquire about lost and found items, redeem lucky number prizes, purchase advance tickets or to ask any questions that may arise while visiting the ballpark.
Per local government mandates, masks are required in indoor spaces regardless of vaccination status. That includes areas such as our suites, PNC Triangle Club, and retail stores. That includes all fans and staff inside our suites and PNC Triangle Club at Durham Bulls Athletic Park. We ask and encourage non-vaccinated fans to continue wearing masks at all times when not eating or drinking. No proof of vaccination will be required, and we will rely on our fans to make the right choice for their own safety and for the safety of others around them. Other personal protective equipment (PPE) permitted in the ballpark include, but are not limited to, gloves, hand sanitizer, and wipes.
Anyone trespassing on the field, throwing anything onto the field, using abusive and/or obscene language, or those deemed intoxicated will be subject to ejection and/or prosecution. If you witness a violation of any of these policies, please contact any Bulls' employee, security officer or Lowes Foods Guest Services.
Medical care is available at Lowes Foods Guest Services.
Please be aware that the ball can be hit into the seating area. Stay alert anytime you are in the seating area. If you catch a foul ball, please feel free to keep it! Also, be on the lookout, as bats are sometimes inadvertently tossed into the stands.
All guests and staff members are encouraged to adhere to the following guidelines:
- Wash hands often with soap and water in a DBAP restroom. Use of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina hand sanitizer stations throughout the DBAP is also encouraged.
- Anyone who feels sick is encouraged to stay home. Fans who may begin feeling ill while at the DBAP, may report to Lowes Foods Guests Services, or contact an EMT.
Seating Bowl Hosts are located throughout the ballpark and are identifiable by their staff shirts. They will assist you with seating or they can help with any other questions or concerns.
You may inquire about lost items or turn in found items at the Front Desk or Lowes Foods Guest Services.
Requests for birthday announcements must be made at Lowes Foods Guest Services on game nights. A fee of $10 (only cards can be accepted) is charged for each birthday with all proceeds going to the Durham Bulls Youth Athletic Leagues, a 501© (3) corporation. Requests are subject to approval and availability.
A specially designed pod that provides a quiet and private space for moms to breastfeed or pump breastmilk can be found by going through the double doors next to our Lowes Foods Guest Services booth in the concourse.
The Bulls will utilize the public address paging service only in cases of extreme emergency. For emergency assistance, please report to Lowes Foods Guest Services.

*Please note that if you have a planned party of any kind that includes gifts, we advise either wrapping the gift item at the DBAP after the item has been inspected or place the unboxed gift item in a gift bag. Our security staff will ask guests to open any wrapped items.
**Strollers are allowed in the stadium, and may be left at either the bottom of the 200-level sections, or top of the outfield sections when not being used.
If any of the above items are discovered at our gates, our security staff members will ask that you return these items to your vehicle or be thrown away. Prohibited items will not be stored at Lowes Foods Guest Services.
Durham Bulls games will be carried on the Bulls' flagship station, Buzz Sports Radio, which can be found on 96.5 FM in Durham and 99.3 FM in Raleigh. You can also listen to every game online at durhambulls.com and via the MiLB First Pitch app.
If you need to leave the stadium and wish to return, please see the gate supervisor to receive a stamp to re-enter the stadium.
There are restrooms in marked locations throughout the concourse of the DBAP.
There are uniformed police officers stationed inside and outside the ballpark from the time the gates open until they close. They are available for your assistance if needed.
Smoking is prohibited at City of Durham facilities.
The OT Sports Ballpark Corner Store is located at the stadium's main entrance on the corner of Blackwell and Jackie Robinson. There is also a souvenir stand located on Jackie's Landing, adjacent Wool E. World, that is open during Bulls home games.
Durham Bulls Athletic Park offers complimentary Wi-Fi. From your available wireless networks, select our "GoBulls!" network. Open a web browser and connect to any web page. A registration form will load, simply complete it using one of the options provided and that's it...you're on your way to free Wi-Fi service at the DBAP.
