Ticket Payment, Policies and Procedures
An initial payment is required on all group area rentals. These initial payments are non-refundable, but will be credited toward the amount of your total. Initial payment amounts are listed below:
- Group seats: 25% of total
- Picnic Areas and Party Decks: $750
- Carolina Hurricanes Home Run Patio: $350
- Luxury Suites: $250
- Birthday package: $160
- Terrace Box: $90
- If necessary, a final payment of the remaining balance is required 21 days in advance of your group outing.
- Tickets will not be released until full payment is received. There are no refunds or exchanges on paid tickets.
- If barrier free seating is required, notice must be given when making your reservation.
- We cannot guarantee that tickets added on after your original purchase will be located with the original group.
- No tickets will be mailed within seven days of the game.
- No dates will be held for picnics, terrace boxes, or sky boxes without initial payment.
- In the event of cancellation the deposit and all subsequent payments are non-refundable, however can be used towards group ticket for any future Bulls game in the same season.
- Food and beverage in the hospitality areas are served rain or shine. In the event of inclement weather, please encourage your guests to still come out to Durham Bulls Athletic Park to enjoy their meal. In the event five innings of one game are not completed, your ticket may be exchanged for a ticket to any remaining regular season home game, based on availability. Your ticket may be exchanged at the DBAP Box Office. There will be no refunds issued. Note: By League rules a game is official when a team has a lead after a complete five innings have been played. Rain check tickets will not be issued for games that have been deemed official.
