The In-Game Entertainment & Promotions Manager is responsible for all gameday promotions and the planning & execution of a variety of marketing initiatives for our team. The Manager pilots the creative process and is responsible for building the annual promotional calendar with the goal of increasing individual ticket revenue, driving overall attendance, & enhancing the fan experience. Candidates must have previous MiLB experience in a promotions role to be considered.

The Housekeeping Event Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the work of cleaning staff to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene including but not limited to: gameday, post-game, non-game & special events).

The Specialist provides administrative services to the department with a focus on servicing all aspects of client contracts and service fulfillment. This person will work directly with the Senior Director of Corporate Partnerships on fulfillment of all sponsorship agreements. The candidate will work in direct communication with sponsors and advertising partners on details of sponsorship and ways to enhance partnerships and assist the department with sales proposal preparation, hospitality event planning and servicing, collateral update and maintenance.

The Inside Sales Trainee (part-time) will produce ticket revenue by developing and maintaining accounts including:

A Building Security Officer will work in our building on overnight shifts, maintaining a safe and secure environment for our business, actively monitoring the premises, including patrolling or being stationary at variety of areas within the facility.

Southwest University Park, home of the Chihuahuas and Locomotive, seeks a full-season intern to learn how to manage all the details and duties in stadium operations for our games and events. In this role, you will learn to assist the different departments with daily operation duties including, but not limited to; pregame help, admin projects, and working in roles during the actual games in other areas of operations. The day-to-day responsibilities of this role will vary depending on the season calendar, allowing you to gain experience in multiple areas of stadium operations and service.

This is a seasonal is a part time seasonal gameday position with the Chihuahuas, working directly for the Clubhouse Manager and be on the field during games. Responsibilities include assisting with the movement of equipment and materials around the field, put out all equipment as instructed for batting practice and games, put out all equipment as instructed for batting practice and games. Once the game begins, report to your assigned area and promptly retrieve foul balls, bats, etc. that you are responsible for during the game. Do not interrupt the flow of the game by doing such things, wait for the appropriate time to react. May be asked to assist in general cleaning of areas in the clubhouse, as well as other duties as assigned.

The Chihuahuas are looking to hire a Edgertronic Camera Operator for all their home games in 2024. An Edgertronic Camera Operator will be working with the camera that has quickly gained currency in baseball, thanks to its ability to capture video at 1,000 frames per second, allowing for a much better view of a pitcher's grip and the spin and motion of the ball than any traditional video camera.
- Must have excellent knowledge of baseball.
- Must have previous still camera experience and strong technical aptitude, or experience in video scouting or data analytics.
- Must be 18 year’s of age or older.
- Must be willing to work all home games.
