Tacos & Tequila Music Fest Scheduled for October 5

Bowie, M.D. (April 10, 2024) - The Bowie Baysox, the Double-A affiliate of the Baltimore Orioles, have announced that for the first time ever at Prince George’s Stadium, the Tacos & Tequila Music Fest will take place on Saturday, October 5 from 3:00 pm – 10:00 pm.
The award-winning Tacos & Tequila Music Fest will celebrate local food, vendors, throwbacks, and of course, lots of tequila.
Featuring a star-studded lineup of performers from the I Love The 90’s Tour, the evening will be headlined by Grammy-nominated rapper and actor Vanilla Ice. His Billboard number one single “Ice Ice Baby” helped him sell 10 million albums in just four months in 1990-1991. He has sold over 25 million albums worldwide.
Also set to perform on October 5 is Treach from Naughty by Nature, Rob Base, Kid ‘N Play, All-4-One, Tone Loc, Color Me Badd and Young MC.
One third of hip-hop trio Naughty by Nature, Treach helped the group break through and reach platinum status with their top 10 hits “Hip Hop Hooray” and “O.P.P”.
A Harlem, New York native, Rob Base is best known for his multi-platinum single “It Takes Two” with partner DJ EZ Rock, which earned Single of the Year honors from both Spin Magazine and The Village Voice.
Known for their fun lyrics and teen-friendly personalities, Kid ‘N Play’s “Rollin’ with Kid ‘N Play” was one of the duo’s most successful singles, reaching as high as #11 on Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs “Billboard” R&B singles chart.
A Grammy Award winning group, All-4-One owns two of the most successful singles of all time for its Billboard number one single “I Swear” and top five hit “I Can Love You Like That.”
An accomplished actor and artist well known for his hoarse voice, Tone Loc’s smash hits include “Wild Thing” and “Funky Cold Medina”, the latter nominated for a Grammy Award in 1990.
One of the top R&B vocal groups of all time, Color Me Badd’s debut album, C.M.B, became certified triple platinum in the United States after recording two number one hit singles (“I Adore Mi Amor”, “All 4 Love”) and a number two single (“I Wanna Sex You Up”).
A Grammy-award winning rapper, Young MC’s top ten hit “Bust a Move” won Best Rap Performance in 1991 and helped his album, Stone Cold Rhymin’, reach platinum.

General admission tickets will be available at $75, suite level tickets for $125 while a VIP ticket package, which features a private bar, Tequila Tastery tickets, and a reserved section in front of the stage, will be available for $150.
