Alcohol Management - In compliance with Oregon state law, anyone under the age of 21 will not be served alcohol at PK Park. If customers wish to consume alcohol, they will need to provide a legal ID. Violators of the law will be removed from PK Park.
Appearances - The Eugene Emeralds are happy to have Sluggo, Front Office Staff and Players appear at community events throughout the year. Sluggo and Staff are available year-round. Emeralds players do not report to Eugene until mid-June and their appearances are limited due to games and other responsibilities. Please understand that the Ems cannot fulfill every request we receive.
Autographs - Fans may seek autographs prior to the start of the game and after the completion of the game. The best place to get autographs is on the stairs of Section 1, near the tunnel to the player clubhouse. Players are not allowed to sign autographs during the game. Please remember that players must focus on their jobs, so please respect their judgment on signing or not signing autographs before the game.
ATM - An ATM is located on the concourse of PK Park.
Bag Policy - To provide a safer environment for the public and significantly expedite fan entry into stadiums, the Eugene Emeralds have implemented a clear bag policy that limits the size and type of bags that may be brought into PK Park. Exceptions to this policy will be made for diaper and medical bags, but fans will need to have these bags properly inspected.
The Emeralds strongly encourage fans to not bring any type of bags, but fans will be able to care the following style and size bag, package, or container:
- Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PCV and do not exceed 12” x 6” x 12”
- No buckles, grommets/hardware, or décor can be concealing any part of the bag
- One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziplock bag or similar)
- Small clutch bags, approximately the size of a hand, with or without handle or strap, may be taken into the venue (can’t be larger than 4.5” x 6.5”)
Approved Items:
- Clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bags that do not exceed 12” x 6” x 12” or one-gallon clear plastic storage bag (one per person)
- Small clutch bags that do not exceed 4.5” x 6.5” (approx.. the size of a hand), with or without a handle or strap
- Factory sealed plastic water bottles
- Empty water bottles (please note that water bottles containing liquid will not be allowed)
- Medical liquids
- Baby bottles
- Binoculars (not in cases)
- Blankets
- Cameras for still photography (not in cases)
- Seat cushions
- Medically necessary items after proper inspection
Birthday Announcements - To request a birthday or any other special announcement, please visit the Information Booth, behind Section 5, prior to the 3rd inning. A $10 donation is requested with all monies being donated to charity.
Child Ticket Policy - Children three (3) years old and under are admitted to the ballpark at no charge, as long as they do not occupy a seat. Children four (4) years old and over require a ticket for admittance to the ballpark.
Credit Cards - All concession stands and the Emeralds Team Store accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Elevator - PK Park is equipped with one elevator, located at the home plate gate entrance. The elevator provides access to the main concourse level and the suite/press box level. Suite level admittance is limited to suite holders, approved media and press box personnel.

First Aid - First Aid is located on the concourse level. If you should need first aid, please contact the nearest usher for assistance.
Food and Beverages - No outside food or beverages may be brought into PK Park. If you have a dietary exception, please email [email protected] and we will make every effort to accommodate you.
Foul Balls - Fans may keep any ball that is hit or thrown into the stands. Please keep in mind that any ball that reaches the stands can be dangerous. Please remain vigilant at all times.
Fun Run - Sluggo's Fun Run takes place at the end of the 7th inning and allows kids to run across the field, from the 3rd base side to the 1st base side, with Sluggo. Kids who wish to partake in the Fun Run should gather on the 3rd base foul line, near Sluggo's Fun Zone, after the 6th inning.
Fun Zone - Sluggo's Fun Zone is located down the 3rd baseline and features inflatable games, a slide and bounce house. The Fun Zone costs $5, opens after the National Anthem and starts to shut down in the 6th inning.
Gates Open - On gamedays, PK Park will open its gates to the public one hour before first pitch. Scheduled pre-game picnics may enter the ballpark at their scheduled time.
Gift Cards - Gift cards are available for purchase and may be used to buy tickets, concessions and merchandise at the Team Store.

Hours - The Eugene Emeralds Ticket Office is open Monday - Friday from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm. On gamedays, the office is open from 9:00 am - the 3rd inning of the game.
Information - The Information Booth is located on the main concourse of PK Park, behind Section 5. The booth is open from the time gates open until the conclusion of the game. This is a multi-resourceful booth where fans can go with questions and concerns.
Jump Around - "Jump Around" is a song by hip hop group House of Pain. It became a hit in 1992, reaching number 3 in the United States, and is played every game during the 7th Inning Stretch, right after "Take Me Out to the Ballgame" at PK Park.
Kids Run the Bases - Due to COVID-19 and MLB guidelines, we are unable to allow kids to run the bases after Sunday games in 2021.
Lost and Found - Lost items that have been turned in may be retrieved at the Information Booth, behind Secton 5. Fans may also call the Eugene Emeralds Ticket Office, at (541) 342-5367, to inquire about lost and found items. If an item is found, it should be given to the nearest usher or to the Information Booth. Items will be held for a period of seven (7) days.
Merchandise - The Emeralds Team Store is located on the lower concourse of the 1st base side, near Levi's Landing and the 1st base entrance. In the off-season, fans can get their Ems gear online here.
Monarcas de Eugene - The Emeralds are participating in MiLB's season-long initiative, "Copa de la Diversión" (or "Fun Cup"). For select home games this season, the Emeralds will transform into los Monarcas de Eugene, complete with new uniforms, food, and music, creating a new, exciting atmosphere at the stadium. National Anthem Singers - Those interested in performing the National Anthem should attend the National Anthem try-outs held in May. Check the website for dates and times. If you cannot make it to try-outs, singers can send a recording on CD, Video or MP3 to the Emeralds for consideration.
On the Farm - When a player is playing in the minor leagues, he is said to be spending time "on the farm". It refers to a team's farm system.
Parking - Parking is $6.00 at PK Park for cars, buses and RV's.
Pets - Pets are not permitted in the ballpark except for the fans requiring the use of licensed guide/therapy animals. The lone exception is Dog Day at the Ballpark, where special sections of the ballpark will be accessible to dogs and their owners who have Pooch Passes.

Promotions - For a chance to be selected to participate in an on-field promotion during a Emeralds game, please visit the Information Booth, behind Section 5, when you first arrive at PK Park. Fans under the age of 18, who wish to participate in an on-field promotion, must be accompanied by an adult.
Quality Start - A quality start is when a starting pitcher pitches at least 6 complete innings and allows 3 or fewer earned runs. For more information on Emeralds stats click here.
Radio - All Eugene Emeralds games are broadcast on 95.3 FM, The Score. You can listen online here.
Rain Policy - Fans who have a ticket(s) for the rained-out game are eligible to exchange their ticket for a future game at the value their ticket(s) were purchased at. Fans must have proof of ticket order to exchange. Proof of ticket order includes confirmation email, ticket attached to a patron account, or physical printed ticket. Exchanges are based on availability and cannot be made for 7/3, 7/4, or 7/5. Picnics will go on, regardless of inclement weather, at their scheduled time. If at the conclusion of the picnic the game should be canceled, a credit will be applied to account(s) based on the number of tickets in the picnic and the value of a standard seat. Credit may be used as a group or on an individual basis. If a game is canceled prior to the gates opening due to extreme conditions, you have the option of rescheduling the picnic, based upon availability.
Tickets can ONLY be exchanged in person or over the phone at the Emeralds Ticket Office.
There will be NO REFUNDS on tickets.
Restrooms - Restrooms are located on the main concourse along the 1st base side as well as on the suite level.
Security - Security is stationed throughout PK Park. In the event of a security problem, notify a member of our security staff, an usher or report to the Information Booth, behind Section 5.
Smoking/Vapor Cigarettes - There is no smoking or vaping allowed in PK Park. Those wishing to smoke must exit the ballpark.

Tailgating - Tailgating is allowed at PK Park, but open containers of alcohol are strictly prohibited.
Television Broadcasts - All Emeralds home games are featured online at MiLB.tv.
Unused Ticket Policy - All single game ticket sales are final. Unused Picnic, Group, Mini-Plan and Season Membership Tickets can be exchanged at the Ems Ticket Office for any remaining game in the 2023 regular season, EXCLUDING July 4th.
Ushers - Emeralds ushers are situated throughout the seating bowl of PK Park to assist you with your needs and to make your visit to the ballpark more enjoyable. If there is anything interrupting your enjoyment, please ask your usher for assistance.
Vouchers - Paper Vouchers are good for a ticket to a 2023 regular season Emeralds game of your choice unless specified otherwise on the voucher. Vouchers may be upgraded, based on availability. Water Fountains - PK Park has two drinking fountains. One is located on the main concourse level near the concession stand and one is located on the suite level near the restrooms.
Wheelchair Assistance/Seating - Disabled guests may enter PK Park's main gate. Handicap seating is located in sections 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12. PK Park is A.D.A. compliant.
Will-Call - Will-Call is where advanced ticket orders can be picked up. To claim your tickets, make sure you bring a picture ID and the credit card used to purchase the tickets. Will-Call is located at the Emeralds Ticket Office.
Xylophone - A Xylophone is a musical instrument in the percussion family that consists of wooden bars struck by mallets. Xylophones are only allowed at PK Park if you are performing the National Anthem on the field before the game.

Zebras - Zebras are several species of African equids (horse family) united by their distinctive black and white striped coats. Zebra is also slang for what people call American football officials. They're referred to as zebras because their uniform has black and white stripes like a zebra. Unlike football, baseball has umpires who do not wear black and white uniforms. Umpires are sometimes addressed as "Blue" due to the common color of the uniform worn by umpires.
